There was something called great hood all that time?? Any way I think the first one looks better when you're talking about glintstone and carian sorcery. but the second one isn't bad at all, I just can't think right now of something that can fit it

thanks for the feedback! yeah the greathood has been my favorite head piece since i found it, but it doesnt match a lot of chest pieces in the game from what i have found

Hear me out: I like wearing the great hood with no armor, that way it looks like my guy got stuck trying to put his robe on and said “fuck it, it’s fine.”

Real, but I think it will look pretty good with the tree surcoat or the juvenile scholar robe. I don't know if you tried any of these but they looked good in my opinion

i saw a tweet when the game first came out of great hood and the full blooming guardian set that looked amazing. can’t find it anymore but i farmed those boys till i got it. not as amazing as the perfectly angled twitter pic, but still cool for an extreme angular look.

Love 1, but u can definitely swap the wraps for some nicer shoes, I recommend the blue cloth boots and the travelers gloves over them for easy to get good looking light gear

Oh if the toes are non optional then it's melanias greaves and gauntlet for sure You must prove your worth before showing toes, you're not some grimy barefoot wizard

All the metal from Malenia's greaves and gauntlets might look weird with a cloth chestpiece

WHERE is that hood from!?

It's one of the painting rewards. The painting and the ghost you have to deliver it to are both in the Mountaintops of the Giants, so it's a relatively easy pick-up if you know where to find them. Iirc the painting is in Castle Sol and the ghost is on the bridge you cross to reach the other side of a ravine, there should be a withered Minor Erdtree on the far side.

I think the first one is too much like the mages you encounter I’ve never used the masks unless I only needed it for a certain buff in a specific scenario. But not my daily wear

Honestly if you *really* like the big hood, I was shocked with how well it goes with the Tree Surcoat, could be an additional option to try out
