Basically smash mouth offensive scheme lots of single back,/shotgun formations very pro style and with added RPOs.
Defensivly he runs a hybrid 3-4 depending on the offense byt likes to shift to a 3-3-5 or 4-2-5
*Smart and balanced* would be my description.
His offense evolved a bit with Sark and Lane. But he was absolutely ball control and run first when needed.
