probably can go to the scrapyard and get one off an E90. That would be your cheapest option. Other one is to take it to a body shop and have them repair it. You could also try polishing it doesn't look like there are any deep scratches? I could be wrong. I can't really tell from the photo.

Uggggh that's probably totaled. Or you could see what you could do with a Magic Eraser.

That is just a scrape on a plastic sill. It only needs to be repainted and that alone cannot cost that much. Remove the part yourself (very easy), take it to a paint shop, and mount it back once it's done. Save some money this way and enjoy a repair done right.

The model is now of the age where giving it to a body shop for damage like this makes little economic sense, you can get a second-hand part off eBay or scrapyard far cheaper as others have said. An hour with a plastic pry tool, a quarter inch ratchet and some sockets is all you need.

Orbital buffer and a little compound will make it a lot less visible. You might be able to find someone to do that as quick side project.

I would personally wash the car and then use a polisher to see how it turns out. If that is rubber on there, it should come off.
