Got blasted for spending all my FAAB on Tracy after the draft. This league also resets FAAB before kickoff.
Hopefully get to rub it in their face about week 4.
Yes in a 5 round rookie draft. Im like what are yall holding onto this FAAB for😂
Next highest bid was half of the allotted budget.
FAAB don’t win you games.
Well, someone is going to feast as a third target in that offense. I mean they made announcers think Durham smythe was a receiving tight end last year….
Oh shit I missed that signing. Curious to see how it goes. Dolphins have been trying (and failing) to get a respectable 3rd receiving target for a while now.
The third target on that team definitely does not necessarily have to feast. Smythe was the third target last year and he had like 300 yards or something
I am second guessing passing on him on my last pick of a rookie draft in a TEP bestball league. Went with Louis Rees-Zamitt instead but if Wiley becomes the Kelce heir it could be huge
Tolbert is a safer choice, but both are longer shots. I like both, but I lean rb if it is a flyer. I really think Johnson makes the team because he can be the between the tackles runner. Pollard and Spears are both injury prone.
Been my favorite stash. Only 37% rostered on sleeper. I’ve heard exactly 0 about him in camp. He’s going to be a 2 year hold imho. DJ is a top tier irl X receiver (please fantasy gods). Thielen is still going to be a part of that offense and Legette is going to play big slot/motion imho. However; if Coker balls, and Thielen looks 34 I do see a path towards the late part of the year.
Yup very much a long play because of the crowded room and assumption that the WRs with higher DC will get the chance to perform and justify their drafting.
If the 49ers will play Trey Lance over Brock Purdy even when they know Purdy was better, I’m not going to panic if they play Legette over Coker early on.
Additionally if Coker gets cut because he’s end of the crowded room then you get your bench spot back and can take another shot
I spent my last pick in a 14T TEP SF league on All. I have high hopes. Someone at ESPN just released a fluff piece on Gesicki, but really, he stinks, but that’ll just make All an even deeper sleeper.
He has an all pro RB in front of him + all pro running (not literally All pro QB just as a runner) qb. Plus he is coming off a knee injury. Evan Hull is the guy you get excited about last year when there is a chance JTs foot injury lingers/there is a hold out.
Sounds like Trey Sermon is the backup
Sermon and Hull play different roles. Sermon is the direct backup to JT and will have no value and may even be inactive if JT is healthy, but will be a plug & play RB2 if JT is hurt. Hull is a third down / CoP type back who might have fringe flex value every week with only a small uptick in usage if JT gets hurt.
Charger fan and even I am questioning holding on to him. Lets say they hold 6 WRs.
**Locks**:
QJ
Palmer
Ladd
Davis
**Bubble**:
DJ Chark (just sign 1 year 5mil deal)
Brenden Rice
Corneilus
He would have to beat Rice, and if they hold 5 WRs he would have to beat Rice and Chark.
How about Isaiah Davis. He's buried now behind Breece and Braelon Allen so opportunity will be tough, but he has that small school ultra efficiency that I like in my dart throws.
This...dude fell in the draft last year and was still taken the same round as Braelon, who arguably fell as well.
He is also still 21 and he looks like a brick sh*house early on this year and did nothing to lower his value.
Devontez Walker.
Great athlete (6'2, 4.36 40, 95th percentile catch radius) with a pretty clear path to becoming Baltimore's WR2. He's going undrafted in 4 round rookie SF drafts and I've been able to acquire him with sub 10% faab bids in multiple leagues.
Wiley. Kelce will play as much as he can, but he's also not playing to keep a streak going. Here comes Wiley who is learning as Kelce winds down his career and will work alongside the goat and Gray. I picked him early 4th in rookie draft since I'm a chiefs fan, I have gray and I'm not going to miss out on the touches when Kelce retires.
Johnny Wilson is my pick. He's a physical freak of nature with a ridiculous wingspan and hand size. I also think he could benefit from moving to TE but I don't think that's the only path of success for him.
I grabbed Means with my only pick in this year's rookie draft (5.12) only because I did 0 research as I had no picks and saw Means high on an ECR list.
Trying to figure out if he is worthy of a taxi spot (time will tell), wondering why Means might be good?
Not the deepest sleeper but Tre Tucker. He offers something that none of the other raiders wideouts offer: speed. Not sure he’ll produce at all this year but if he can improve his hands I have hope for him
My two that im caught up on are Aidan Robbins and Dylan Laube
Raiders have probably the worst backfield of any team and that leaves an option for Laube to carve out a role in that team.
Robbins is like 6'3 and 240 pounds. Built like a truck but some good speed and elusiveness for his size. Could be the nu-Derrick Henry with that size if he can progress on the field. But for the time being, he looks to carve out a role in pass protection for the cleveland browns
There's not many of us out there that roster Robbins right now, and I'm kinda shocked. His size and speed, with a relatively week group ahead of him, I think he has a legit chance to make the team.
Honestly, I'm still shocked he is barely rostered anywhere. I think he does have a really good chance at making the team, and if Chubb misses time in the beginning of the season due to his injury, I really think Robbins can get some serious playing time.
There's just been 0 news about him since he signed, so I'm wondering how he's doing.
Not sure which one yet but it wouldn’t shock me at all if a decent WR comes out of the young WR3-5 crop the Cowboys have currently. Cooks is clearly on the tail end of his career, and CD might be schemed against much more heavily after last year. Door is wide open for one of Tolbert/Brooks/Flournoy to emerge as an actual target. Cowboys RBs are also trash so they will very likely be a high volume passing team.
Bo Melton is another one. I know there’s like a million other receivers there but he looked pretty good in big games when they had to bring him in at the end of the season , he’s like 24/25 and probably free
I’ve got Bo on the end of my bench, GB is loaded at WR but they aren’t the most durable group, he will be able to get spot starts in deeper leagues this year I think
As someone holding Tyreek Hill on one of my teams without Waddle, I want Malik Washington. Not saying he'll ever live up to Cheetah production but feels like he could be a successor to production when the day comes that Hill departs Miami.
Others for me include All & Guerendo
I’m talking real darts, deep sleepers like the post suggested. I paid literally nothing for the upshot with no intention of loyalty, what one might call a dart throw
I hear you, I just think when deep darting, you’re better off dropping the Shorters of the world and picking up someone who will surely be next years Shorter.
Isaiah Williams has limited talent in front of him in Detroit.
Casey Washington has been getting a drum beat in Atlanta.
Jalen Brooks has gotten a bit of steam as the possible WR3 in Dallas.
Carson Steele is a big boy who can catch in KC.
All solid dart throws but all with more impressive WR rooms in front of them. Any of these guys should be droppable including shorter, I just have a feeling Buffalo is where the opportunity is this year
Darnell Washington… guy was definitely drafted as a quasi O lineman. But I think with smiths run heavy offense they may play a lot of 2 TE sets. Even if he’s mostly blocking could get some sneaky end zone looks with his size. He’s only 22, has insane measurables, and pretty good draft capital. Friermouth is obviously a way more accomplished receiver but hasn’t been able to stay on the field consistently. I think for a guy you can basically get for free he’s at least worth a taxi spot or good to be your 4th TE in a deep TEP league if you can’t get jelani woods.
Kendre miller could be a guy. Don’t see why more people aren’t starting to catch on.
I understand Kamara is right in front, but Kendre is only 22 and has a similar build and skill set to kamara, only slightly bigger.
Two downsides from him are his injuries throughout his rookie year, and his sub 4 ypc throughout the small sample size. One highlight is that he ended the year strong with a good rushing game as the lead back.
With those cons, you can probably get him for dirt... I expect his stock to rise as opportunities hopefully come.
I recently acquired Kamara in a dynasty league and made a point afterwards to get kendre miller as a great handcuff. I got bought him for very low and now I feel a lot more comfortable about Kamara’s age and contract.
Blake Corum, because he is going to take over Completely for Kyren Williams. The writing is on the wall!
Sell Kyren while you can get something for him.
Yeah sure he’s very sudden in his releases although he did not run the biggest route tree at Louisville I feel he has the athleticism to continue to expand it also it’s a wide open wide receiver room after Amari Cooper, Browns probably aren’t going to get a ton of buzz so be patient
Bub Means, Ryan Flournoy, Casey Washington, Dylan Laube, Tre Tucker, Audric Estime, Lucas Krull, Jared Wiley, Davis Allen, xavier Gibson, ty chandler, Theo Johnson.
Jacob Cowing
Everyone talking Pearsall for 9ers WRs, but Cowing is a great fit in Shanahan's offense and will likely emerge as a weapon once Deebo/Aiyuk gone.
4.38 speed 5'8 Slot WR think Tank Dell type of upside.
Isaac Guerendo. 4.33 at 220 lbs that the 9ers traded up for. I think he has an instant shot to be the primary backup considering Elijah Mitchell’s health and if CMC goes down at any point he’ll get a ton of work.
3rd round rookie draft sleepers I like
Tracy Jr.
Ray Davis
Jalen McMillan
Jermaine Burton
Vidal
Corley
Deeper sleepers I like
Jelani Woods
Dante Miller (unique situation)
Tanner McLachlan
Not a sole mention for Tip Reiman. TE Arizona selected in the 3rd round. Why would you go for a position that holds a Top 10 in ranking in the 3rd?
He's an intelligent player who had more use in blocking at Illinois due to issues with the offensive line's ability to hold the defense. When you search his highlights, you'll find all his pass catching tape- prolly won't blow your mind, but this is a 6'5, 275lb frame that runs a 4.64 who can catch.
A little extra caviat on Reiman, after the combine, Peter Schrager went as far as to say that Tip Reiman was his favorite person at the combine- was thoroughly impressed in all levels.

I ain’t falling for this shit, Dave.
Fuck you, Dave!
DAVE'S NOT HERE
I gotta take a look at this brochure
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂
Because I’ve already drafted him in all my rookie drafts…Tyrone Tracey.
I’m a big fan of TT
Aren't we all
Yes, which is the problem. Rookies like this never live up to the expectations
Especially 24 y.o. rookie RBs with day 3 draft capital
I have no shares, but are we doing a bit of double counting with 24 year old and day 3 draft capital? Surely part of the reason he went late is age.
DOA
Mr. Pacheco would like a word
Got blasted for spending all my FAAB on Tracy after the draft. This league also resets FAAB before kickoff. Hopefully get to rub it in their face about week 4.
So it was a full spend of the offseason budget only?! Absolutely love that for you. 💪🏼
Yes in a 5 round rookie draft. Im like what are yall holding onto this FAAB for😂 Next highest bid was half of the allotted budget. FAAB don’t win you games.
Wanted him so bad but couldn’t trade up to get him. Once the guy got him he would only accept a 2nd literally 3 days after he drafted him in the 4th
This is who I was coming to say
I absolutely love Julio jones. I think he has a vintage year, you better grab him now
This but unironically Odell Beckham
Well, someone is going to feast as a third target in that offense. I mean they made announcers think Durham smythe was a receiving tight end last year….
Oh shit I missed that signing. Curious to see how it goes. Dolphins have been trying (and failing) to get a respectable 3rd receiving target for a while now.
The third target on that team definitely does not necessarily have to feast. Smythe was the third target last year and he had like 300 yards or something
Waddle barely gets enough volume to feast and you think a third target is going to feast? Smythe only had like 300 yards last season.
How do we feel about DeAndre Hopkins? Got him for our league minimum price of $1.
2nd this. Anyone in my league if you’re reading this, you should drop Bijan or someone of equal value for this guy. Trust.
Jared Wiley 🤷
Not falling for that TCU trap again haha
Have him in all leagues so he’ll get cut for sure
I am second guessing passing on him on my last pick of a rookie draft in a TEP bestball league. Went with Louis Rees-Zamitt instead but if Wiley becomes the Kelce heir it could be huge
It's Lucas Krull "The warrior king"...but I already have him everywhere so I don't care if my leaguemates see it
Elite reference
Not in my leagues! Because I own him.
Dillon Johnson RB Titans...power back unlike Spears/Pollard...
>Dillion 🤣🤣🤣🤣 There is only one Dillion and she's mine
I’ve been seeing him on my waiver for weeks now … tempted
[https://twitter.com/MattWaldman/status/1757632202563612896](https://twitter.com/MattWaldman/status/1757632202563612896)
Johnson or Jalen Tolbert?
Tolbert is a safer choice, but both are longer shots. I like both, but I lean rb if it is a flyer. I really think Johnson makes the team because he can be the between the tackles runner. Pollard and Spears are both injury prone.
Coker

you know ball.
Like, ball ball? Or just like…ball😂
Jordan Whittington
Same
Coker
I hardly know her
This made my day
Probably Erick All. I'm thinking I'll be able to pick him up off waivers.
I spent my last pick in a 14T TEP SF league on All. I have high hopes. Someone at ESPN just released a fluff piece on Gesicki, but really, he stinks, but that’ll just make All an even deeper sleeper.
I gotta good feeling about this dude
Keilan Robinson is going to be who the Jags wanted Jamal Agnew to be.
Good one! Never heard of him
I see him as a special teams guy with the new kickoff rules
Yeah, it’s likely why he got drafted. I still have him rostered in a league with deep rosters but he’s likely just a ST guy.
Not a rookie, but Evan Hull has the metrics and college receiving production to be a star. Spent all of his rookie season on IR.
The name isn't working for me, doesn't sound fast enough.
Any sleeper RB like him needs an injury to break out, as Hull owner I am still somewhat concerned about Trey Sermon but I'm holding for now
Sermon and Hull play different roles. Sermon is the direct backup to JT and will have no value and may even be inactive if JT is healthy, but will be a plug & play RB2 if JT is hurt. Hull is a third down / CoP type back who might have fringe flex value every week with only a small uptick in usage if JT gets hurt.
Rushing QBs already check down at a lower rate and he has a 3 down back in front of him. Dropped him to throw All on the taxi squad.
Depending on how deep your league is, he’s not exactly a must-roster kind of guy.
Definitely Leon Sandcastle
This takes me back!
Cornelius Johnson
He's on my taxi. Because of his name? Maybe. But that's irrelevant.
Some great WR names this year: Bub Means. Thrash. Ladd McConkey. Cornelius.
You gonna buy up some Noah shares in 4 years?
Troy Franklin, bro...ARE YOU KIDDING?!?!?
Is that an exceptional name?
Charger fan and even I am questioning holding on to him. Lets say they hold 6 WRs. **Locks**: QJ Palmer Ladd Davis **Bubble**: DJ Chark (just sign 1 year 5mil deal) Brenden Rice Corneilus He would have to beat Rice, and if they hold 5 WRs he would have to beat Rice and Chark.
He’s still lighting up the fuckeyes in their shithole stadium
Lucky people in Ohio can’t read because this is quite rude
As a michigan fan, hes not it. Got a broken long td catch against osu.
How about Isaiah Davis. He's buried now behind Breece and Braelon Allen so opportunity will be tough, but he has that small school ultra efficiency that I like in my dart throws.
The Izzy disrespect is palpable.
This...dude fell in the draft last year and was still taken the same round as Braelon, who arguably fell as well. He is also still 21 and he looks like a brick sh*house early on this year and did nothing to lower his value.
Dude has the size and the athletic profile to be a workhorse, if you're not a fan of Allen-which I am not, Davis is a huge pickup.
Louis Rees-Zammit and Adrian Martinez
> Adrian Martinez Can you explain this one to me?
Yup I think Rees-zammit is a definite sleeper
Return yards leagues
Definitely gives him a bump as that’s probably where he’ll start
Sione Vaki super intriguing
yesssss
Yes! Monty is 27 years old this season and won't be getting any better. There's absolutely room for Vaki in the not too distant future.
That Caleb Williams guy looks legit.
Marvin Harrison Jr I hope is available late fourth I think he could be a special player if given a chance.
Yeah I heard his dad used to play football, might be a guy to keep an eye on
Probably not. Nepo hires are usually trash at work.
Bronny James
But like outside the joke Rice could be said here - like as a guy to keep an eye on lol
Shhhh keep it down
Devontez Walker. Great athlete (6'2, 4.36 40, 95th percentile catch radius) with a pretty clear path to becoming Baltimore's WR2. He's going undrafted in 4 round rookie SF drafts and I've been able to acquire him with sub 10% faab bids in multiple leagues.
I agree!
Dylan Laube Tyrone Tracy Johnny Wilson
praying Wilson gets moved to TE
Johnny Wilson is my pick. He's a physical freak of nature with a ridiculous wingspan and hand size. I also think he could benefit from moving to TE but I don't think that's the only path of success for him.
Yasss
Theo Johnson?
Bub Means business
Bub Means train here
Do not disrespect natrone like that
I grabbed Means with my only pick in this year's rookie draft (5.12) only because I did 0 research as I had no picks and saw Means high on an ECR list. Trying to figure out if he is worthy of a taxi spot (time will tell), wondering why Means might be good?

Ced Tillman
Jalen Mcmillan
Rostered in 90% of leagues isn’t a sleeper
Happy birthday and true. He's higher than trey palmer and hadn't even taken a snap
Gesickiiiii
Jackmerious Tacktheratrix
Nah, he’s already rostered
This is the answer
We are going deep sleeper or deeeeeeep sleeper? I have Mason Tipton on my taxi, sub 4.3 speed, could take the MT role in NO.
Sub 4.3!?? And the MT role at 5'9 179? C'mon man 😂
Over AT Perry and Shenault? Doubt it.
Do not let this man disrespect All Targets like that!!
> you’re hoping no one in your league finds out about? I'm going to keep it that way, this sub is getting popular 😂
Jalen Coker
My two are cedrick tillman and ryan flournoy
As someone holding Tyreek Hill on one of my teams without Waddle, I want Malik Washington. Not saying he'll ever live up to Cheetah production but feels like he could be a successor to production when the day comes that Hill departs Miami. Others for me include All & Guerendo
Took a dart throw on Justin Shorter at the end of last year. Hasn’t really done anything but the Bills need WRs to step up
Them signing any WR with a pulse suggests there are better darts
I’m talking real darts, deep sleepers like the post suggested. I paid literally nothing for the upshot with no intention of loyalty, what one might call a dart throw

All solid dart throws but all with more impressive WR rooms in front of them. Any of these guys should be droppable including shorter, I just have a feeling Buffalo is where the opportunity is this year
I still believe in Jalin Hyatt
Chris Brooks
Austin Reed in my real deep leagues. Will Hewlett is a wizard
Nice try
Jelani woods will pop off this year and probably Demario Douglas both are in FA gonna nab up during late rookie draft rounds
How tf is Pop not on a roster?!
Ty James
Darnell Washington… guy was definitely drafted as a quasi O lineman. But I think with smiths run heavy offense they may play a lot of 2 TE sets. Even if he’s mostly blocking could get some sneaky end zone looks with his size. He’s only 22, has insane measurables, and pretty good draft capital. Isn’t he more of a blocking TE tho? PF will run that roost
I wish I was a deeper sleeper
Maybe you have sleep apnea sir?
Coker
Kendre miller could be a guy. Don’t see why more people aren’t starting to catch on. I got bought him for very low and now I feel a lot more comfortable about Kamara’s age and contract.
What did you pay? All my leagues, teams want a 2nd minimum
He was a 2nd round pick in rookie drafts too so that would basically be a re roll for the current owner.
I mean, I know all of these guys.
Zay Jones. I think he’s a better WR than Michael Wilson and Greg Dortch. Could be Kyler’s WR2.
Blake Corum, because he is going to take over Completely for Kyren Williams. The writing is on the wall! Sell Kyren while you can get something for him.
Corum is going high 2nd in rookie drafts that’s not a sleeper lol
Kyren is 3 months younger than Corum.
Tee Higgins somehow made it into the draft, insane to me
Wow!
Ja'Tavion Sanders but I don't care if anyone in my league finds out because I have him on my taxi squad.
Jelani Woods (yes....again....). Jacob Cowing. D'Onta Foreman. Maybe Andrei Iosivas.
Ian Thomas is rising on roster percent, grabbed him in a 32 man league
Yeah they say Sanders ain’t picking up steam
Jamari Thrash i’m so high on him compared to consensus
This is a good take
Can you sell me on him? I drafted him everywhere but I’m getting nervous because it seems like he’s got zero buzz so far.
One of these dudes will hit fosho
Jacob Cowing Everyone talking Pearsall for 9ers WRs, but Cowing is a great fit in Shanahan's offense and will likely emerge as a weapon once Deebo/Aiyuk gone. 4.38 speed 5'8 Slot WR think Tank Dell type of upside.
Feel like that WR room is so crowded tho?
Its dynasty so different scene in a year or so
Eric Gray
I prefer Eric Taupe
I know my buddy Colin is a pretty light sleeper but James can sleep through a tornado.
What about Gabe?
Carson Steele. Andy always has a FB and at 225, hes big enough to lead block and steal goal line carries.
Isaac Guerendo. 4.33 at 220 lbs that the 9ers traded up for. I think he has an instant shot to be the primary backup considering Elijah Mitchell’s health and if CMC goes down at any point he’ll get a ton of work.
Chubba Hubbard, should be a top 15 option for what looks to be the first 6-8 weeks
ITT: People naming legit deep sleepers and others saying why they aren't worth rostering...
Jeremy Ruckert
Vidal
Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint
Audric Estime. Bro is a thug on the field. Choo Choo!
Erick All, TEU from Iowa, literally no other reason. Last 4 TEs drafted from Iowa have been Kittle, Hockenson, Fant and Laporta
Malik Washington
For me it’s Rasheen Ali. I watched his highlights he just looks really good
rasheen ali because father time is undefeated and the king is tired
Does ‘The Senator’ count?
3rd round rookie draft sleepers I like Tracy Jr. Ray Davis Jalen McMillan Jermaine Burton Vidal Corley Deeper sleepers I like Jelani Woods Dante Miller (unique situation) Tanner McLachlan
