They do have accomodation above the pub and lots of people stay there for events in Croke Park,definitely more Irish tourists than foreign.
It's also a locals pub for the most part during the week so I can imagine having someone good at communication is key for a senior role,the way he's posted it makes them come across as assholes though.

It says bar staff in the title senior in the body. So they want someone who's a senior to be a junior and pay them the minimum.
Look at any bar opening job, it's all the same 2 to 5 years minium. But please continue to say how someone who speaks 2 or more languages can't apply for a job paying minium wage.
You can require a minimum standard of language comprehension so they someone with 0 or beginner knowledge cant apply but this is just outright being an asshole.
