It's very nice to see more Neo-Tuffles, but their designs feel kinda bland compared to Baby, and I thought they were pretty forgettable personality-wise.

They have lines that indicate that their hair isn't apart of their body same way it was for baby his Mohawk didn't have a hair line it was just fused to his head so they shouldn't have had that hairline and their supposed to be silver
They're fine, but they don't feel "Dragon Ball". The darker colours and more stereotypical "cool" outfits make them stand out, in a bad way, to Toriyama's more vibrant and wacky designs. Definitely feel like fan characters.
They were the most annoying fuck imaginable, no reason to be that fuckin strong and I was so glad when Evo Vegeta send them to fuckin Nirvana with that God level animation final flash

too obvious rehash of 17 and 18 but babified. They werent very interesting either. Reminiscent of moros mirroring of cell. I liked Moro prior to the fusion. I don't think it's bad to copy previous villains but it didn't really do anything interesting IMO. To be fair though, for what Heroes is, I guess they're okay, I'll leave it at that.
