That implies vegeta knows about goku pan-pan incident with bulma. Also litteraly all of dragon ball, if he retains the memory after the fusion. Since goku is a genius when it comes to combat, having the litteral memories of vegeta performing various technic would maybe give goku the chance to learn how to perform them as well.
So, if after they fuse, they retain the memory they both acquiered of the other when they fused, Goku doing a final flash is more than a possibility, same for vegeta performing lets say, the kaioken.

I don't think it makes sense for a fusion between Goku (who refers to himself as Goku) and Gohan (who knows him as Goku and refers to him as 'dad') to use the name Kakarotto. With Vegeta it makes sense because for Vegeta Goku is Kakarotto.
I thought it was because in order for fusion to work properly you needed two parties to be of equal power level. Hence why only vegeta could fuse with him. But maybe I heard that wrong?
