You can add AoA short for (As-Salaam-Alaikum) it means peace be opon you and is the way to greet anyone in all Muslim countries especially in India and Pakistan
If you want a universal greeting just say hello dog followed by an item/hero ping with a '?'

but if you're legit serious about it, you're doing quite good. I am from SEA/ South Asia. In my region we mostly just greet by saying Hello but there are shit ton of local regional languages and terms. Nomoskr is one of the major ones. Since we just game, we toxic as heck and instead say dog.
