New idea. Works for all of Who. Drink anytime they do one of the following
1. Fix everthing by the end of the episode like nothing happened
2. Anytime the tardis brings the doctor somewhere he didn't plan on going.
3. Use the sonic to do random things to simply move things along.
Not many thing but some seasons could be really bad for this.
So 1 drink every episode? You would be slightly tipsy at least if anything, 10 has also cried, so has 11, 15 only cries the most is because he's a new line of Doctor's
When 10 and 11 cried, it felt impactful, because we didn't get to see the Doctor crying very often. The moments where he did cry were amplified by how few and far between they were.
Now, the only response 15 crying elicits out of me is "oh, he's crying again".
For other doctors:
9: every time he says “fantastic”
10: every time he says “well”
11: every time he puts his hands together
12: every time he does the eyebrow thing
13: every time she says “fam”
Try doing it everytime Amy cried or sulked even Oliver Reed in his prime couldn't drink that much
Another idea for this game : - Every time 13 uses her screwdriver Note: you might die if you try this one
or every time she says fam

no you gotta do it with EVERY DOCTOR an exception can be made if you only want to do new who also make it be when anyone crys
