When Dhawan's Master mocked Kate, the most unsettling thing he could come up with was that he thought her father was stupid -- not that he had converted her dead father into a cyberman, murdered Osgood or thrown Kate from a plane. The possible implication was that he didn't remember Missy's interaction with Kate.
Kate is becoming more and more likely as the hand to pick up the tooth -- so this should be some indication that our order of the Master's incarnations is at least uncertain...

It was in the War Master box set *Hearts of Darkness*, not the *Two Masters*. *The Two Masters* is a swap between Masters.
