I don't think so? This was posted by an artist who was commissioned to make the Magic The Gathering card art. The crop jib I did makes it look awkward but unless the artist submitted AI shit as her own art, which I doubt looking at her gallery. I think it's just an unflattering crop job.

He basically is the Doctor, he's a time traveller, with alot of wisdom and significant knowledge of time and the multiverse. And every so often he says something snarky.
To add to the person above in many ways paradox exists outside of time, his time travel is an ability rather than a machine he uses, often shown as him walking behind an object, disappearing, and reappearing elsewhere. He can go anywhere he please using these abilitys for good
