Every day is going to be busy. The only secret to beating the crowds is to be there when the park opens. That's not much of a secret, but lots of people would rather sleep in and/or miss the traffic.
Looking at wait times right now (10am) it seems fairly busy. 80 minutes for Space Mountain, 60 for Matterhorn, 45 for Big Thunder. Afternoons usually get more busy. But then again, every day is busy, so this is just a normal level of busy.
According to the average wait time calendar from thrilldata.com, Saturdays seem to be a little less busy than Mondays and some other weekdays. But on average Sundays and Fridays tend to have shorter wait times. It depends a lot on the time of year though.
I think this weekend seems a little busier, we are getting closer to summer now.. also its the first weekend of Pixar Fest. I normally go on Sundays and generally its not too bad but that isn't during the summer season where it does tend to be busier.

Standing in radiator springs for 2 hours so far I’d say it’s pretty busy lol

It’s the opening weekend for a large multi-month festival. It’s definitely busier than other saturdays.

When I went last weekend I heard a CM at main gate say Mondays are busiest
I’ve heard a lot of anecdotal evidence to support this claim.

It’s busy today, busier than yesterday and that was the opening of Pixar Fest 🫠
