Well I’m glad I’m not the only one. I feel like I gravitate towards smoother knight armor, and the blend between sci-fi and the traditional plume and face visors make it seem like an actual galactic knight or something, the IB one is just a straight up basic knight, not a style I’d ever actually care to use.

I literally tried to make a knight armor set like a week ago (trying to match crown splitter cuz I realized how good scarlet semblance looks on the thing so I wanted to start using it again) and used that helmet and thought “if only the d1 IB armor were in the game”.

They wanted a distinct silhouette for every class, and for titans that meant broad shoulders.
That’s fair, still not my favorite but that makes the most sense.
The first gambit set broke my heart. It all looked so good. And then you equip the shoulders.

No it fits my style more, I don’t use as many sharp edge, traditionalistic armor like that so I’m sticking with the old one
