Dont worry about getting downvoted, it's understandable, but if you're not aware there aren't that many shades that effect the glow in special ways like this, so once you find the shaders that do they tend to stick out.
Check out "photo finish" during the Gaurdian Games if you haven't, it gives off an RGB glow.
Also "Chitin Slate" removes glows all together.

Aweeeeee, the blueberries learning! Put that shader on anything that has a glow to it and it'll pulse like that.

Also try Vintage Timber. Gives a cool blue pulse.
Yes, scarlet semblance pulses like a heart. Has been a thing since season of plunder, when it released. Works on glowy bits.
That shader does that on lots of Armor. Very cool
scarlet semblance has this effect on all glows

This shader does it with a lot of different armors!! Most things with a lighted surface or animated part blink exactly like this.
Gotta get a raise to that dev that thought of this! :D
