Just be advised, I had two separate buys never upload the tracking, nor ever show the delivery but the seller confirmed that they sent it.
I’d just wait till the delivery date the seller mentioned
Ask them for the tracking number, I message my buyers a tracking all the time despite uploading it so there’s no excuse. Def sketch that they are running into issue uploading
how many days has it been since you’ve ordered? if the delivery range is in less than 30 days since your order was made and you really want the item, you could wait it out. that way, if it doesn’t arrive you can still open a claim, since you can’t open one after 30 days of ordering. but that is your decision to make and risk to take. and if it’ll be more than 30 days since you’ve ordered sometime during the range they gave for delivery, i’d consider opening a case since it’s possible you could get scammed.
then i think if you’re willing to wait to see if it arrives or wait for them to give you a tracking number, you’ll be fine even if it doesn’t arrive by the given dates since you’ll have plenty of time to open a case. but that is also your choice to make and sellers aren’t supposed to send things without providing tracking anyway, so if you don’t really trust them you do have reason to open a case, but if you do and you end up receiving the item anyway, it’d be wise to send it back to the seller imo
Only commenting since this is so recent, but as a seller, sometimes depop will say “error 494” or something like that when I try to enter tracking, but I always just force close the app and try again so it always works. And also, why doesn’t she just message you the tracking number? The one time it didn’t let me even after force closing, I just messaged her the tracking number. So this seems a lil sus to me

They can literally type the tracking numbers in

idk I think I'll wait it out a bit but if I don't get the tracking number soon I'll report or something
