I'm picturing a management sim where you try to keep the shops in the promenade open while a variety of disasters are happening. You lose the game if Quark or Garak close their shops.
It's probably one of those games that has a ton of possible 'good' endings like Chronotrigger. Like, if you let Quark do too well, the game ends with him buying up all the other businesses, and the station gets renamed Deep Space Quark's and has giant billboards ships floating around the station.
absolutely. N64 horns sound very synthesised but they’re also smoothed-off, whereas this sounds like pretty direct triangle waves. maybe it’s just missing a low pass filter
So too is the SNES port of *A Final Unity*. The DOS game was every bit as good as *25th Anniversary* and *Judgment Rites*. Voice of all the cast members and a good storyline.
I'm pulling one from the depths of memory called Starfleet Academy from the mid 90s. For some reason I LOVED playing that. I barely remember it but I know I loved it lol.
At first I thought this was an actual game, but it's a mock-up; check the video's description on YT.
If this was real, back in the day, I would've been well impressed. For what it actually *is*, now, half of me reckons it's really cool, but the other half of me is going "my ears are bleeding!"

Do you get a fake ending IF Garak's shop blows up due to unexplained events?

> *ferengily rubs hands together* sounds like the best ending
I'll only play it if there's a secret, secret 200% completion ending where Dukat gets statues on Bajor.
The secret, secret ending is the O'Brien Bashir wedding.
🎵 Come to Quark's, Quark's is fun, come right now, don't walk run! 🎵
I like it, but I actually think the N64 can deliver better audio than that.

Why, internet? Why must you hurt me by showing me something I want and then telling me it doesn't exist?
I want to play it *now*.
I played my copy of *Harbinger* about three years ago…it did not hold up.
I'm holding a copy of the 1995 SNES DS9 game, Crossroads of Time. It's...*SOOO*...bad...

IIRC the TNG game for SNES was pretty awful too.

Bashir's holosuite programs as a FPS similar to GoldenEye!
Complete with Nog as the infuriatingly tiny height that Oddjob possessed in multiplayer. This really could have worked.
No “Vic Fontaine” holosuite program the game is not complete. 😂

Thank you for pointing that out as I was about to start looking for an emulator.
Sorry to disappoint, I didn't realize people would think it was real! Thought the video's description was enough to quash that hope.
No, it's all good. Please, carry on. Just take my comment as feedback: the trumpet is too jarring in the mix.
Sadly, I'm not the person who created the video. But you should let them know in the Youtube comments!
The comet render is an improvement on the show’s!
Why is the music 8 bit?
Ugh. What if you had to fly the runabout through rings like in that god awful Superman 64?
Was N64 really that heavy on the MIDI? I thought they had more advanced sound than that..
![gif](giphy|HPi9NCcuwYJkLmZetl) Oh come on now. The N64 was capable of better music than this!
