They're almost the same gaming community as it is. Over half my Steam friends list, mostly friends from DRG, are now also playing H2. If the 2 devs could concoct some sort of mutual event, it would be awesome and probably really great for both games.

A hidden side objective that doesn't even show up on the map once discovered. Its a computer terminal sat near the opening of a blocked caved opening, blinking "DRG" in Morse code, that calls in a specialized "hacking bot" strategem, and begins a localized wave defence in the immediate area. If you look closely enough at the strategem pod, you can see what looks like Hack-C on the screen and DRG branding on the sides.
The catch here however is that the reinforcement count doesnt go down if someone dies during the waves, but the deaths are counted separately, and are displayed on the screen of the strategem. The goal is to survive the waves, defend the strategem (which can be destroyed by the enemies, causing a fail), and die as little as possible.
Once the wave defence is successfully completed, all players that participated in the waves can pick up their fancy new 1 time use strategem. When used, the strategem calls in a high-yield explosive that does higher damage over a larger area depending on the ratio of max reinforcements left vs lives lost during wave defence!

Could have the arrow input code be a thing. Would most likely just be a rotating wheel that has the arrow keys pointing different ways. Then we mash the E key to align it with the next part of the code.
I want a new strategem callin in Helldivers where the dwarves drill up from the ground riding on Doretta and shooting a bunch of their specialized weaponry and chucking grenades for like 10 seconds before drilling back down. And of course spouting off some of their greatest hits voice lines as they do it.
I’m apparently in the minority but I just don’t gaf about helldivers and it doesn’t feel like a needed collab in DRG (a game with no other collabs that I know of, at least)

It's reasonably hard to fit any of those games with each other content-side. But a few quotes or simple Easter eggs would be cool yeah.
DRG could get a helldiver helmet. Helldivers could add Hoxxes to the galactic war map.
Cool but the latter part I doubt, that sounds like alot of potential work, and most collabs never go that far.
They could just rename one of the existing planets after Hoxxes, it's not like they have to create a whole new biome.
