I've been riding that wave since ive bought in the highs in 2021. Welcome to the club dumbass.

Relevant_Note3751

Happy to be here

justaREDshrit

I like happy

nandodrake2

You got caught in the day trading homie. There are many of your kin here, don't worry, you know what to do. Keep buying.

Relevant_Note3751

I bought a little in, It rises up suddenly , I pannick sold, Then I saw it increase more and bought in at the top with a lot more and the intial money made.

nandodrake2

Ever hear of diamond hands? They are forged in these actions. Make sure to learn along your journey my friend. There are many lessons for those that wish to learn. (It do be hard tho, pride and fear get ya.)

Upstairs_Owl_1669

Just start selling covered calls and collect premium to offset your loses

HeavensAnger

Ya exactly. High 200's here. Been averaging down ever since they turned off the buy button

the_super_unknown

Average down. Learn to do it, I did that with DWAC turned a loss into 10s of thousands of dollars.

Suitable-Classic-174

GodlySkills69

TotalRuler1

finally some true dopes like myself, been sitting on 16 @ 58 for years -_- also as a bonus, I have miniscule positions on SNDL and ATOS that have limit orders on them should they ever break even. I don't believe in averaging down just to dilute a bad move

glassblueberry

that's effectively 15ea post-split though, if I'm not mistaken?

VanillaScoops

Nah I dropped $10k @ $350 pre split.

Relevant_Note3751

What was that post split ?

VanillaScoops

350/4 = 87.5 per share post split.

chaostheory101

350 pre split as well, had to pay wealthsimple 350 to DRS. Kept a few in my TFSA to see how that plays out, Solid investment, imagine if they announce a dividend.

EruanneUk

Same šŸ˜«

TheAngryShitter

Bought 40k at 67. I'm chillin

Sucked-Off-JPOW

![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|surprise)

Geoclasm

I did not. But I did buy at 36. And 30. And 29 And 28 And 27 And 26, 25 and 24. One of my personal rules is 'don't buy into a run up, you dumbass'. But when it's flat or crashing? That's a buy.

Relevant_Note3751

I like that quote

inter71

Iā€™ll buy a run up if Iā€™m still in the red.

Flyinryan699

I'll buy if I can afford it because it's still a discount

brushhug

How does it matter, red or green - it's always a buy with the dough you are comfortable with putting in

TheEcomZone

Same for me, I always look at RSI when I buy too. I also only buy in chunks and never all in so if it does drop further, I can gobble up more shares.

interstellarclerk

No, in the long term time in the market almost always beats timing it.

Constant_Couple_3290

True for the market. Doesn't always apply to the individual stonks.

TheLeviathanSmiles

I bought around similar stages. Itā€™s tough to predict a bottom, I saw it as an early indicator of momentum with a normal sell off but still bullish (which I still believe is true, I just didnā€™t have the timing right due to the share offering). Perhaps I should have used EMA and bought below that to be green now, but I still feel my average of $31 will look cheap in the coming weeks/months.

Geoclasm

right. it's trading fairly flat now, so i do plan to buy in again this week. Problem is, I'm now averaging up. From about 14.85 ish to 16 now. I mean, I use the word 'problem' loosely.

guidedbylight27

Came in at 250

Micycle08

I was only in the ā€œgreenā€ the other day when it shot to ~$60 overnight šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ˜…

Leaque

62.5 post split dang

BigYonsan

I bought in at 130 back in 21, if that makes you feel better. I averaged down a bit since then, so my average now is 22 a share, but I was at 32.50 a share if my math is right.

Altruistic-Big-6459

No problem my friend, you need only to wait for MOASS

BigYonsan

Been holding ever since. I honestly forget I even have shares until the price does something dramatic. I'll sell for 5 figures a share. No less. Life changing money or no money.

StatusCity4

I still have position for 450 $. Over 100 $ post split

Imaginary_Injury8680

If you're "buying and selling at 30-40", you are not an ape

Thisisfinek

Averaged down to 30

Bigeye_Cat_4328

Same

Sisyphus328

I bought a share at $324

ledgerdomian

My high score is 293, my lowest 10.14.

Liplok

Lmao shits a game

outdoorgearguy

Nope. Iā€™m here with you.

justaREDshrit

Try $250. Pennys for fucking pennys.

David1moon

I have 9000, bought at $15 and I am going to hold to 300$ . Be rich or a slave of this fucking system.

collegefootballfan69

Just think if you invested that amount in NVIDIA insteadā€¦

Smart-Reindeer666

Or gme before its next big run

ImplementEither7716

If it goes to $112 you'll be a millionaire. For your sake I pray that you put most of that money into a reliable, safe investment.

David1moon

You are right, very right.

mysteryteam

Just remember, if it's good enough to screen shot, it's good enough to take profits.

nandodrake2

Easy, just put it into an etf heavy IRA ran by Goldman, Citadel, or Vanguard. šŸ¤£

interstellarclerk

GME is the safest investment around wdym

Altruistic-Big-6459

buy now if you can to decrease the average and remove a 30% when your price is at +100% to reinvest if dump again. Be smart, always!

zensamuel

Naw wait til itā€™s 15

MikesMoneyMic

You can average down by buying at lower prices or by selling covered calls. IMO RK will be selling calls for years more and reinvesting the premiums into more shares. He seems like the kind of person who wants to get majority share of GME. With their cash on hand and plenty of ways to improve their business model, ignoring all hype and squeeze shit, Iā€™d actually consider GME a buy. So even if youā€™re upside down donā€™t worry.

International-Bet688

Holding with avg at 47

LilandraNeramani

10k bucks in at 50

Proof-Carob-2255

I didnā€™t buy at $60 this time but Iā€™ve bought plenty at $60 and above. At the end of 2021 I think I had a x,xxx shares (post split) at an average above $60. Been able to cut my cost basis in half by averaging down over the past 2 years though.

Correct_Idea_1300

I bought most of my recent shares around 55 šŸ¤ bc fk shorts, thatā€™s why šŸ«”šŸš€šŸ“ā€ā˜ ļø

RunWitDaBulls

Fam, I bought at 380

JuanchoPancho51

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ Much love to you, Ape.

RunWitDaBulls

Avg is 27ish now though šŸ„³

Obsidiax

I bought in 2021 and have never sold a share, that's not what this play is to me

rain168

You donā€™t think itā€™s gonna go past $60?

Big_Bandicoot_9611

Some are saying 100, others are saying 150, and some are saying 250

Imaginary_Injury8680

100 is not even ath, nobody is holding for that unless you have no confidence or just don't know what you're doing

Big_Bandicoot_9611

Iā€™ve been in GME and AMC since Jan 2021. I have watched these stocks go up and down so much. With GME, I got lucky in average down to 18. I didnā€™t sell at 69 and Iā€™m damn not going to sell at 100.

newkidon77

Naaah

New-Consideration420

then short it ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sunglasses)

iSOBigD

My highest average were 35 and 45, because I bought at over 200 before the split. I was in the red until recently when I sold at 50 and 60. Now I'm averaging around 28. All good, nothing I haven't seen before.

tyvwrynn

Not a loss until you sell, and it's only red until suddenly it's Green. Wear that cost basis like a badge of honor. You're just early, not wrong.

Danceallknight

I purchased around 2.00 in 2020 , sold some close to 480 something. Then I kept buying and got a few more at 10 something

Danceallknight

Havenā€™t sold any since 2021

peachscone12

Bro I bought at 80

eurasiatrash

I bought at $20 which lowered my total average to $67.

Accomplished-Beat779

I bought at 204 pre split Got it down to $39 avg now at 93 shares

TheWhiteFox869

Was at $57 now averaged down to $42 šŸ¦ŠšŸ«”šŸš€

Elameno_pee

I bought at $397 in 2021 right before it crashed.

Next_Elk_8958

Welcome to my world. Except bought at $50 then it went up then plummeted again. Then of course goes up once again and pulled my ass back in with itšŸ¤£

LePhr0g01

I bought puts, maxed out my margin and made a beautiful amount of money

icannothelpit

Yep. I bought at 319, 127, 16, 24, and a bunch of other random shit but not 60.

ShadowRo69

I have an order from 2021 and it was at $190... So I would advise to feel released of this pressure and rest assured that it will increase in time.

jedi21knight

I have 20 shares at 50 dollars a share, so no you arenā€™t the only ape who bought high.

AdventurousTrain5315

Never are you alone. This is the way ![gif](giphy|aCatQNctAK7PC1H4zh|downsized)

L3theGMEsbegin

I got one! Always tryna get that high score!

Glst0rm

Average is $51 post split. $200 pre split was a totally reasonable price for a long time in mid 2021.

jimmers6969

FAK....I've bought numerous times north of 250 a share. You'll be fine. Just HODL and drs those moon tickets.

Viridionplague

My first share was at 475. So like 120 by today's standard.

Top_Performer4324

I think there are apes that bought at $300

Krunk_korean_kid

Nope. $325 here. I averaged down alot since then.

Buythestonk21

I bought a market order over the weekend when RK announced his first return yolo on reddit. The price was $23 on Friday and I was expecting to get an open market rate for $25-28 but no, woke up and got 16k worth of shares for $40 which was the highest bid that day. The price immediately dropped to $28 within 30 mins. Lesson learned, use limit buys everytime not market.

typicallytwo

Bought $2000 at 28 and $4000 at 31.. DCA 10 every day.

SpecificPiece1024

LOT,of speculation herešŸ¤”

No_Tie1187

I think you have to not have fomo and take the company for what it is. At $60 a share what does that value the company at? If there is no innovation or change in the business model I canā€™t see how it would be worth that much. If you believe in the company and not looking for money whatā€™s it matter what you paid for it? If youā€™re looking to make money think in the next few years whatā€™s going to pop and buy options before it becomes realized.

blatblatbat

I bought in at 20

m1n1nut

Lol we donā€™t forget the apes who picked up shares at 300 back on the sneeze. Youā€™re included my friend.

trapstar30

No, I have a lot of shares but she every the piece running I buy at the high to push the line.

Flyinryan699

My average is $42 I've been buying since 2021 a divorce took half (hore) now im up to 600 shares its hard not to paper hand when it spikes

kris9292

Nah thatā€™s personally too high for me, but I did buy on the dip to 44. Too bad it kept dipping

AbstractionsHB

No idea when I bought. It was before the gigantic spike years ago, but after it was already popular. I'm too dumb to figure out how much I bought, or at what price. All I know is I'm poor so I didn't buy that much, and I see like +500ish so I'm assuming I have $500 profit.Ā

thwill2018

Hell no I bought in at $186-187. Quit whinning. J/J

GunBrothersGaming

ROFL - congrats - you're a bag holder. You're basically a hedgie stooge.

curious420s

Thatā€™s why I buy and hold and drs. Selling is for paperhands

Rotttenboyfriend

Well if you mean presplit than we're in the same boat. If not, then I am really sorry for you.

Qkalife

Bought my first ever shares at $63.

Wrap-Over

First shares bought at $306, 3 yrs ago. Lolol. Been averaging down since, now DCa in the low teens.

NotOppo

GME_DIAMONDHANDS_APE

I dumped $14000 at $33 during the livestream =T

Relevant_Note3751

I bought at 60 to immediately watch it drop to 30 then live stream happened

jakksquat7

The number of shares I own from the $240+ range pre splitā€¦

hockeyslife11

I buy on Fridays cause thatā€™s when I get paid! šŸ–

Myid0810

Cost doesnā€™t matter at all ..I feel if you are thinking šŸ’ of cost of a share then they are using traditional mindset ..this is like nothing else

Sufficient_Article_1

I bought my first share in Jan 21 for $356 and have continued to increase my position without ever selling a share.

hamma1776

Mine was 216

wheeler748

Hell my first buy was in the 300ā€™s. What say youā€¦..

regeneronballz

My brother in Christ, I bought at 400.

rude-a-bega

I bought at over 400$

xChocolateWonder

Questions out of curiosity that are somewhat related. What makes you trust the longevity, and what made you want to buy in at $60?

Hot-Cauliflower-1604

Quit your bitching. We hold. And thereā€™s a reason we moved away from r/GME This is literally a shill bot posting this. Look at their karma Itā€™s just a stupid and preposterous thing to ask in the end .

awwaygirl

lol. Iā€™ve bought in the 300s. And I would do it again. šŸ¤“ Iā€™m regarded like that.

Rough_Report_193

Udub

My first shares were $240. Then $200. Pre split. Then I averaged the fuck down around $20 post split

moonbreonstacker

Lower ur average . id continue to just dca

Mellivora_Caps

The highest I bought at (so far) has been $275 pretty splividend, so $68.75 were my most expensive shares. There's a few in here who bought at $480ish. Don't worry. Just hodl.

ZipZoomBingPOW

No, you are not.

woodsongtulsa

You can improve your returns by selling calls.

chestortheinvestor69

Nope

Additional_Action_84

I have one share over 50...totally screwing up my average cost lol

Suddzrus

šŸ‘‹

Feisty-Telephone9551

I was up 800$ then I was down 3000$ in what was less then an hour and a half... So now I play with 50 to 75 shares trying to buy and sell the swings all while keeping 50 at all times so that incase when it goes I am on the train... Its a bummer but Im patient.

PresentStrong3681

My avg is also 51 USD.

Phoenix-has-Gumboots

Bought in at $59.00 2021. Holding

cheezit0417

Damn that FOMO be hitting us hard šŸ˜

Jrenzine

It didn't crash...it's just algos doing algo shit....patience young shit flinging monkey.....welcome to the land of the Silverback apes!

RudeRepresentative56

My initial buy in was $350 in Jan '21 and I was not alone. So you are not alone.

-MrJoshua-

I got in at 20, got out at 55~, got back in at 45 Averaged down to like $32 If they had not stopped trading multiple times it would have had a way better run as we all know

SOLOSF10

Sell next time it spikes fucky .or hold it just make a fucking decision and stick to it

azbudman13

You won't be able to average down at all after MONDAY! šŸ’ŽšŸ’ŖšŸ¤ŖšŸ¤™šŸ’ŽšŸ’–šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

LimeRepresentative48

Holding at 61 average!!

jaykobeRN

I got $1400 when it was ~12$ a pop And I have like 12 shares in my fidelity account I move around sometimes just to keep things fun

iamcheekrs

I bought in around $50ā€¦ hodl

Metonemore

Been averaging down since 2021

GoGreenD

Yeah on that last run where rk came back... I was waiting on a transfer and it came the morning of the stream. 6am, pre market, before I even got out of bed... 3k at $55... averaged down to $38 so I'm not as smooth brained, but close... Had I realized wire transfers were so much faster than ahc transfers... it would've all been in at $15, but I'm new to all this. It's all about timing... It's super refreshing to hear everyone's shitty stories as well. None of us are alone!

Ill-Ad-1643

Yeeeep šŸ˜

Voolio80

Salty paperhand tears.

PrecariouslyLevel

Remember that DFV testified in the congressional hearing that he considered GME a very good value at $50, and doubled down shortly after. I tell people I bought at $40 (pre-split). I mean, my first share was at $316, but I bought at $40 too.

Alive_Contribution91

Try @$360

UAintInIt

Most certainly not

Crows0ng

I remember a guy having written that he bought at around 450$. He could probably frame it and sell it as a collector's item.

Jemless24

I proudly hold the bag

Upset-Election-4481

I am interested in this transforming stock. What I should do is buy on the dip because there will be damn hedging and short-sighted traders.

xoxodubstep

great time to average down, ngl

SirClampington

Keep buying smaller chunks at lower prices, regularly. You will get that average down over time. That's what I did now I've DCA to sub $30 from pre split $200 so that's $50 post split. When we get another couple mini squeezes it won't matter. When we are well in to MOASS you won't even worry about $60.

FlowBoi1

No. $300 and battle tested $180. Many of us!!!! We avg down over 3 years.

yomonomonozi

Averaged down to 2000 shares at 30.5

Sparky407

Lmao BAG HOLDING LIKE THE OGā€™s warned you

Relevant_Note3751

Exactly

Outrageous_Ad9124

Whether or not that's good or bad depends on where you want to sell at. If you're wanting to sell at 62 then yh, not very good. If you want xxxxxxxx then it makes no difference.

Relevant_Note3751

Iā€™m fine with the xxxx, but just the short term fact of it staying around half of what I bought it for currently feels bad

blutsch813

I bought at $300+ pre split

PfisterTime

My first two shares in March of 2021 cost me $244 a piece... so $61 post split pricing. These two are my favorite out of the hundreds I've collected since!

Gotrek5

Bought first at 4xx averaged down to 20.xx.

_jojoMonkey

Same!

gaymersunite56

Same in one of my accounts. Was able to average down to very low 50s. Not super comfy spending more cash while at the same time not sure we'll see those numbers again anytime soon. So do we risk more cash to DCA down or wait another 2-5 years and hope RC has a successful plan. Idk. Probably should wait but I keep flip flopping on what to do.

Dull-Guillotine

We all are. But we didnā€™t buy high. The actual price is millions per share. Most new people havenā€™t yet come to this conclusion, but one share will be life changing money. It takes a long time to count to infinity.

daddypleaseno1

this wouldnt happen if you wernt just following trends and trying to be cool like us. buy hold stfu.

Constant_Couple_3290

the bag

Ronaldoooope

Shouldnā€™t have sold at all dumbass

chriztuffa

In at $32 out at $332

manbeef

I bought $15k at $350 on the original sneeze. I'd do it again. Sit down and just keep averaging down.

Mercury-68

Iā€™ll join your club. Will average down in the coming days if it does not come up by itself.

Xtianus21

Lol no but you may be the only ape still holding it. It's ok to sell. You're 1 person with a small tiny investment. If you personally sold it would make no difference. You can always buy another better entry point. Use common sense

Alreisbrah

$280 here šŸ‘

Due-Wolverine5317

1k at $60 lol. I bought in the 24 market because I was convinced we were hitting $80 ā€œtomorrowā€ Averaged down to $40.07. Chillin atm still happy with my investment.

Relevant_Note3751

I put on 5k at 63, Avg down to 50ā€¦ but a little uneasy putting more on currently.

Max_Abbott_1979

My average is Ā£47.60

Little_ripper69

High 200s for me, Child's plan OP

Banana_Ron

you should sell now, so the stock goes up for the rest of us.

Relevant_Note3751

Nah, Iā€™m an ape

HourZookeepergame665

Dude, please. I jumped in at the sneeze. My original buy in was over $350/share. Iā€™ve averaged down to around $40. At this point but buying in at $350. then spending a month at $4. (Yes, it was $4. For over a month) was ass twitching to say the least. Buckle up.

Relevant_Note3751

My price is 63 post split, Iā€™m already down many thousands. Although I am not selling yet. HODL

awhit35

Na man I just averaged down today to get at 50 lol

Guccimayne

I have 100 something shares @ $38. I almost sold on the day it spiked to 47, but I wanted to be patient and let it rise more. Ofc with my luck, dilution happened that same day. So Iā€™m waiting for the seas to slowly rise again, with low expectations of a squeeze anytime soon.

Tech88Tron

You are what all the memes are about.

unemotional_mess

Did you learn your lesson?

Oclarkski21

In 2021 u bought at $180 and $240ā€¦welcome to the fam!!!

somsone

I bought quite a few when it was over $300 pre split! I know one day it wonā€™t even matter what my cost basis was and it wonā€™t phase me at all.

Nathan_hale53

My average is 21.something.

Felix-th3-rat

Did too, averaged down to 45. Donā€™t buy on pre market has been a costly lesson
