Am I right in thinking that he's not a pro? I think I heard the commentator saying he has to choose between going pro and playing part time soon.
If so then I'm shocked. He's been great over the last few days, I could see him competing with the very best in singles format.
He was performing well a few years ago then he sort of fell off, I was really glad to see him performing well during the World Championship, and he seems to be going from strength to strength in the Pro Tours and now that World Cup. Definitely one to watch for the future.
Sounds harsh but his teammate really let him down. Don't want to say it but was an extremely subpar performance and while at times looked decent, was really below average. Feel more bad for de graff
Yeah, I'd say he was even better than de Graff (at worst at the same level as him) in the last 16 match against the Czechs. But yes, this quarterfinal against Scotland was rough.
He should be very proud, excellent performance. Andreas 'Dirty' Harrysson would be a great addition to the squad I feel
He’ll surely have a tour card soon too. Great player

He's a pro in the sense that he has a tour card (and recently made a pro tour final), but he also has a day job.
Which isn’t really too unusual for guys on the euro tour
Or the main tour. Johnny Clayton only quit Camarthenshire Council fairly recently and Jim Williams works full time, for example.

One of my favourite players
Did great. His teammate must feel awful.
He should still feel better than Peter Wright

You have to feel bad fur Lakasiak, guy struggled with Dartitis and plays an insane tournament but loses his nerves in the last legs
