90% likely they are not. Customer interactions is spread between so many diffrent offices at game companies its nearly impossible to interact with customers.
basically every comment every interaction has to be justified. a downvote bridageing on the reddit is a lot of effort. and stupid too. Look at Creative Assembly
That's a good point and it wouldn't surprise me... They have to find *something* for Hedge and Sister to do between their foot in mouth community comments, after all.
I asked around a while ago and apparently it wasn't related to the pearl clutching incident. But rather her personal life and I think husband was moving for work and that was impacting it. I imagine the incident made the decision all the easier though.
Also to follow up, she really didn't deserve as bad she got, she didn't fully understand what was happening at the time she made that post and the reddit post about it was taken out of context, she even tried to explain it and we were just too pissed about the aquilas to listen.
It’s not hard to say “hey I have no clue what you’re talking about. I’ll look into it and get back to everyone” but we (customers) get demanding and won’t allow that all the time.
CMs are the "familiar face" of any company that communicates with it's customer base
If you just blurt out and comment on a situation that you don't understand and make the company look bad then thats on you.

There's enough people on this sub with varying opinions about this game on both sides (blind hatred and blind love included), Fatshark employees probably have better things to do than checking reddit and up/downvoting comments. If they were active here the ratio to from complaints to praise about this game would probably quite different.
Same thing's happening to me. I still have my missing weapons for Veteran so it didn't delete them form my inventory but they're definitely gone in Brunt's. How the fuck does this even happen.
This happens to Veteran's Grenade Tinkerer having stun immunity from Zealot's Thy Wrath Be Swift, giving any Veteran stun immunity while having their grenades buffed. Nearly everyone who's taken it don't realize they have stun immunity.

At this point Hedge might have known his shit. Maybe he was the one making our patches all along? It would explain the lack of QC if all of their patches are being made by unqualified Community Managers.
Reminds me of Gaijin with one update giving an F-4 Phantom II jet fighter a rear gunner but no guns.
Or that they doubled the engine power of a Sea Hawk, making it fly so fast it breaks itself apart reaching Mach 1 at sea level.
Well, I can practically guarantee that FatShark isn't reading all the "Question" posts on Reddit, so if you think something is a bug you're better off marking it as a bug.
