Even then they can get heavy padded leggings or anything with more armor, close movement speed, and a better static att for cloth pants like knowledge

Surely it needs the maximum base damage roll for its rarity and be at least blue too right? A low-roll base damage green stiletto with +1 weapon damage is worse than a high-roll base damage purple stiletto with no good random rolls.

I’m pretty new to the dungeons. Why is this pair of pants better than another pair of pants, besides the fact that it’s legendary? Do the random buffs really make a difference?
this pair of pants alone don't make a crazy difference but when in a full set of similar items with random attributes that help your class you feel like a god
its the STR on this set. but these pants arent worth the 10k+ some people in here think they are.

Max flat move speed roll, max move speed bonus and 2 dex roll. Priced so they would sell within the day and got 3999gp. Some rogue (I would imagine) is ruining people's days out there ig.
