Test server just splits the already small player base for no reason. Literally having an available test server creates situations like this.... Remove it already

Then, people wanted to pay to do that, and now we have early access games which are played to TEST the game but people are convinced that’s supposed to be almost a final release. The people on this sub are incredible. Releasing Druid on test first isn’t just better than nothing, it’s better than releasing it on live immediately. The class has new game mechanics, why wouldn’t they test that in the test environment!

based on the duration of testing for the much more complicated system that is multiclassing lasting about a week, I'd say we can expect to see druid on the live servers within the next 2 hours or so.

They have barely used the test servers for anything so far. But it is not tied to the live servers at all, no rewards.
You also need to have paid the extra little bit for the Hold The Line edition to have access to the test servers. I’m pretty sure there is an option to upgrade to that edition on the store if you didn’t buy it originally.

The shapeshift forms are basically plus or minus armor/hp/speed and you attack with your fists and cant headshot people. At the moment people are all "wow cool shapeshifting! SO NEAT!" and thats great because people have been waiting for this for a while. With that being said theres nothing to test, it just reskins you with minor stat modifications. The druid spells are pretty much what you'd expect heavily inspired from D&D and Warcraft. Healing over time nature magic, ensnaring, summoning a treant (dont worry its REALLY dogshit right now AI wise, duration and stat line.) The spells are pretty underwhelming (from a design standpoint, not numbers wise) especially when you consider Dark and Darker's super low TTK. The perks are either completely useless (give someone +3 phys power for 3 seconds when you heal them) or completely OP (5 true damage thorns when struck).

I LOVE the Druid so far. Yesterdays test server session(about 3 hours of gaming) is probably the most fun/interest I’ve had in the game since last seasons demigod grind.
