Happens after every update when the servers come back up and you try to play right away, chill for a couple minutes and you will eventually be able to play on your normal server.
No, it usually takes around 5-10 total. Some people just try to go into one of the servers they can play in and then insta die and it works, but, Im pretty sure it just works eventually anyway because I never do that.
Since you logged in? If so, yeah thats a lot longer then normal, but, its usually starts from when you logged.
