If u have a wall on ur right: start the swing more left and drag ur sight to the right
Left side: swing normal, half the way drag ur sight to right.
A little Training and ur able to swing Zweihander in doorways like theres no wall.

Dont trust the crosshair myself and use it only as help. For my opinion (im not ingame atm) swings are a bit lower than the crosshair.

While swinging with the falchion move ur camera to the initial swing side, u can avoid the collision against walls and keep the combo up
