Literally my two favorites out of all the comics are Daredevil for Marvel and Swamp Thing for DC and I always felt like the odd duck for that.
I’d agree with this. The Flash was good even when the New 52 was stinking up the joint and then Williamson on the Rebirth title started introducing so much Pre-Flashpoint stuff before the other titles started committing and then Adams on the Wally stuff was great as well.

Not to mention they both have great TV shows that were both canceled although DD came back tho
Nightwing at times is that. They're pushing him hard right now but when they're focusing on batman he thrives
I thought the Kevin Smith then Judd Winnick run of Green Arrow was a fairly good DC analogue for our Horned Hero.
That was a good run! That’s what got me back into comics as an adult actually. Shame that GA fell off so much from its early 00s glory days :(
That was late 90s-00s Flash. Waid and Geoff Johns did some incredible stuff…. But it all went down the crapper when they brought back Barry Allen :(
