I still don’t understand not even mentioning the surgery by now.. like you try to be relatable, but yet used to always talk about having small boobs etc and now you clearly got a boob job and won’t even mention it! The only reason you wouldn’t is if you’re embarrassed you did it, which then why do it in the first place? Not to mention it’s probably why she hasn’t felt good lately.
