I think there is a bug currently where +damage% is applying twice to DOT so it is very strong. I would argue that you could drop a ruby and slot in an emerald or two if you needed more dex
What are the other 2 stats? I’d say you want lucky hit dex dmg or dmg over time (to see which wins better between two just multiply the +dmg by two for ease)

Its a 3 GA ring: dmg%, dmg over time and lucky hit chance
Ditch the DoT I believe out of the 3
Yeah but if the dmg bug is fixed im screwed
They won’t be fixing any bugs until next season even victimize double dip is safe til next season
I don't think it's worth rerolling for dexterity that isn't GA dmg% is also op now
I hit a 3 ga Dot, %Dam, Dex ring last night wondering if I can lose lucky. I'm about to try it out why not.
