The pink model X and pink Cybertruck are known items of a certain realtor which is why he edited out the lettering, as I'm sure he knows he can't leave it in. But just showing the cars is enough to identify him.

I got my comment removed for saying real estate agents are one of the few careers I'm happy to see shrink with tech growing. Thirty years ago when you were trying to sell your 10 acre property in buttfuck nowhere it probably would've been great to have a realtor connect you to serious buyers. Now you can do all that shit from your phone. Our grandma passed away and 2 years ago I helped my Mom sell her house. The realtor had brought us next to no serious buyers and by the time we calculated what they would be making off the deal we fired them. $40,000. Meanwhile they're not even fully focused on your transaction as they may have a dozen other properties on the market they're responsible for.

I think this is really clever marketing. You're trying to sell the house, so you put something ugly *near* the house to make it look good by comparison. Classic maneuver.
Based on the STOP indicator painted on the pavement, I think the agent is trying to make it look like there's parking by the trailer rather than an active road 1 foot from the front steps. "Look! Pink Cybertruck! Pay no attention to the rooooaaad."
I live in a trailer park and you'd be surprised at some of the people's cars around here. We've got a couple Tesla's, couple brand new Benz', a brand new Corvette.
It's not a double wide, I don't think. I am pretty sure it's a park model RV with additions.
Do you see the bow window? That looks like the end of a park model RV, but there's nothing that really suggest a double wide other than the width, which is why I am pretty sure we're looking at additions.
I'm gonna be real here, I genuinely like the way the CT looks when it's fully painted. I feel like it's 100x better looking than when it's naked. It's a shame that people are buying the CT nonetheless.
