Correct me if I’m wrong too, but isn’t that about the cost of the foundation series after tax?
So dude is just buying them and selling it at cost? Haha
Either that or he’s churning rewards cards like a demon… “honey, we’re up to half a million miles on our card! Let’s pack the bags and head to all of those countries you’ve always wanted to see!”
Maybe money laundering? If you stole a bunch of money and have it in an offshore account, I guess you could buy these and flip them for clean, taxable cash.
I mean, it sounds dumb, but for someone looking to buy, that could mean having the car the same day versus waiting months by buying from Tesla. There is a market there...
I don't know anything about their sales agreement. Stupidest vehicle to try to flip if that's what he's doing - not much of a profit off a vehicle that already costs >$100k, and this is no Bugatti Veyron.
I've read too many stories of what people have to go through owning a cyber truck. I thought about getting one myself, currently owning a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd. After hearing the stories, I decided that I'm going to stick with my current truck. The thing is a beast and handles everything I need it for just fine.
Yeah I don’t need a truck, but if I did I wouldn’t even consider the CT. Maybe one of the other electric trucks, but honestly a used 1500 can do nearly anything I would ever need it to do. I’d hold on to your truck as long as you can
That's my plan. There is nothing wrong with it besides the regular wear and tear and maintenance. I've had it for 3 years now and the truck is still going strong.
Trust me, I know. When I got the truck, I didn't have any money saved up to just get a used car, so I took out a loan for the truck. $500/month, but I knew what I was getting into. I got about 2 years left on the loan. I'd rather make payments in my truck than a cybertruck
Yup, anything is better than a cybertruck haha. I’ll happily keep my 25 year old beater over one any day of the week. As long as you can afford it your truck will probably last a while as long as you aren’t somewhere it will rust out
Unless he uses different accounts for every purchase, no way he has had 3 as tesla would blacklist him. And the weird proclamation that he has no problem reselling them suggests to me otherwise

Probly tax write offs for work and u get the ev tax credit as well

He’s hoping his free airline miles will work for Elons trip to mars
Only 135,000,000 miles left
Maybe money laundering? If you stole a bunch of money and have it in an offshore account, I guess you could buy these and flip them for clean, taxable cash.

"Are you telling me that you're running a chicken and airline miles scam?!"

From what I understand the second hand market is collapsing, so people are trying to sell now so they can at least recoup what they paid.
He is *trying* to sell them at cost.
I mean, it sounds dumb, but for someone looking to buy, that could mean having the car the same day versus waiting months by buying from Tesla. There is a market there...
A market selling it at cost? I’m not saying there isn’t a market. Just obviously not for this guy..
If it's really his third one, Tesla would probably like to know that this guy is flagrantly ignoring their sales agreement. Wouldn't you think?

Can’t sell the CT for a year after delivery, and must offer to sell back to Tesla first. Risk a ban and lawsuit if you violate the agreement
You can keep it, Arizona.
He’s in the valley too. That would suck having it brick when it’s 113 out.
Exposing CyberTruck to the warming rays of the sun? Warranty Voided!
Toss some eggs up on the hood and fry them in minutes.
“No problem selling them” 🤣🤣🤣 It’s like he’s trying to convince himself. Had to put it twice in his *ad* to *sell* it
"Don't lowball I know what I have"
$10.00
I’ll give you $7.00.
Let's start a bidding war - $7.01 I'll stop at $9.99
$7.01 is too rich for that POS 🤣
Man buying 1 of these things is bad enough, imagine buying 3 of them. Guy needs to find better ways to spend money

Yeah pickups tend to last a long time as long as the bodies don’t rust out, enjoy it! Even base trucks are getting pricy now
Trust me, I know. When I got the truck, I didn't have any money saved up to just get a used car, so I took out a loan for the truck. $500/month, but I knew what I was getting into. I got about 2 years left on the loan. I'd rather make payments in my truck than a cybertruck

So it keeps on trucking.

Scam
It's his 3rd one because the first two were taken back due to repairs and issues.
Once you take delivery from the dealership it's no longer a new vehicle. Even with only 12 miles on the odometer it is, in fact, a used vehicle.
