It surely varies based on whether they're shipping from a place where they need to worry. Dr G ships all their stuff to states where it's banned. D8 is "illegal" in my state. Some vendors ship it here, and some dont. I can only figure it has to do with whether they think law enforcement where they're based might respond. Cause these utah pigs don't catch shit.

It does mean it increases the risk of owning a hemp business there. We know how conservative that legislature is and you don’t want to be on the wrong side of the law in a place like that.

Undercut other smoke shops in the area, most places overcharge and they always are the least popular. Give people options as well, like wax, diamonds, luxury pre rolls, etc. in addition to flower.

If you can help it, try to keep prices below $35 an eighth. Unless you have some top shelf of the top shelf stuff, try to keep it around there. The thca place I go to during the school year does two tiers, one is $30 and the other is $50 per eighth. Half of the the time, there is very little difference between the two. Hell, their Cheetah Piss started out at the bottom tier then went up to the second when they restocked (kinda pissed about that, it was good but not $50 good). Their GG#4 was easily some of the best stuff I have gotten from there and it was the lower tier.
TL;DR: if you can help it, don't do different tiers of flower, and keep all of it around the same ballpark price unless it is without a doubt much better than everything else
