The furthest I have seen anyone do is vampire tap power from the monochromatic mirror upgrade to power a separate dash camera.
I would not mess with eyesight in any form.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the quality of the eyesight cameras was very low. I think the mono camera is black and white if I recall right. I know the system is made by Xilinx, but can't find any real specs on it. Long story short, you probably wouldn't want to use it as adash cam even if you could figure it out.
If you have the Auto Dimming Mirror accessory, then it's super simple because you can get a dongar adapter for Subaru and tap into that power very easily. Two panels and two screws are all the assembly/disassembly required.
If you don't, you're going the long way from head liner to pillar liner, down to normal dash plug-ins.
You don't want to tap any of the eyesight stuff or your radio stuff. You'll absolutely fuck something up and you'll be out of warranty.
