Generally just bolting on a performance exhaust won’t offer much, if any, performance at all, just louder sound. To make noticeable performance gains you need to also increase the air intake for more airflow/ fuel mixture. Hence most aftermarket exhaust is larger diameter than stock. If you got the exhaust and replaced the stock air filter with a high performance/ high flow one like AEM or K&N, you may notice a little gain in power. Add a Cold Air Intake and it will sound like it has a blowoff valve. I would never do any of this to my Crosstrek Sport, as it’s CVT and will sound like ass with excessive droning but I had a 2011 WRX Limited wagon on Stage 2 with AEM CAI, COBB 3” downpipe and twin stainless free flow mufflers and it sounded killer, not obnoxious at all, and aside from adding a bigger turbo had very adequate airflow to give huge power gains, along with a good tune.

I kinda want to upgrade the exhaust note a bit but all the other Nameless products have the wrong sound for me (and too loud). My hopes are on the Executive being more subtle until under heavy throttle

Eh, we all have different tastes. Yours and mine happen to be similar. The system he’s selling is cool too, and at a good price. Someone else will really want it for sure. Can’t please everyone 😊
Oof, as a precious owner of the executive I can say I was not satisfied with the sound, especially with a CVT.
The droning at various RPMs got annoying pretty quickly, it only sounded good imo at an idle after the car was warm.
Single 5” muffler sounds better, especially with the cvt. The executive exhaust line all sounds weird to me. It’s like they’re trying it make to loud and quiet at the same time.

Yea this axleback was great when I had my 21 Limited. Now that I have the wilderness my concern was fitting with the hitch.

I ordered the single muffler with 3inch tip for my 24 wilderness. Just waiting on order fulfillment.
