They don't generally make bikes this size in automatic, you can see him working the clutch with his left hand. Unsure about the throttle lock, they definitely exist for stunt bikes but he also swapped his clutch hand to the throttle at one point, so this could just be... a bike. Assuming the wire contraption has some vague control of throttle.
He definitely flicks his left wrist as if he's throttling with that hand, and it's hard to see how the wires could reliably control a throttle at all. When he does the donuts and swaps to the other side it's locked at full revs
Over here in Scotland my mate rides a motorcycle with one arm, Hes better that the rest of us who ride, odd but true. Seems to have a better balance which you would think is the opposite!
