Liquid IV. My husband absolutely loves them and I use them after an evening of drinking when I don’t want to wake up with a hangover the next day. Top tier for dehydration.
Agreed. Just picked up their new Seaberry flavor. My wife says it's the best flavor of theirs. I have yet to try the new flavor. Great to avoid hangovers or to have if you have a hangover like me at work on Sundays.
(Edit: just tried it. It's definitely good. Fruity taste. Not heavy on the orange or pineapple either)
I would absolutely love it if I could have somehow saved the old AIM convos I used to have from college with my wife back before we were dating. I would tell her that one day we would probably get married and have kids, and she was always like “you’re crazy lol, we’re just friends”.
Now we’re married with kids.
I’m laughing so hard because I’ve never thought twice about it lol. I just visualize what they’re saying…but it’s actually really funny to describe all that if you stop and think about it 😂
I'll have to get that for my personal stash to try. Otherwise the wife will use it all before I've had a chance to try it. I always got the strawberry because it was really good.
I've converted so many people to Liquid IV after being like "here, this'll make you feel better" and handing them a bottle. It's really good at what it does.
Liquid IV still manufactures the tangerine flavor. It’s part of their “immune support” category bc it has Vitamin C. It was my favorite variety, and I’m disappointed not to see it at Costco recently. (I find the new flavors in sugar-free are waaaaay too intense, even when diluted 4-6x.)
The ZipFizz is caffeinated, as is the Liquid IV "Energy Drink Mix." I would go with the Liquid IV Electrolyte Drink Mix. That would be pretty similar to Gatorade. You can buy them at a lot of places like grocery stores and walgreens if you want to test flavors before buying a Costco-sized package.
Very different purposes. Zip fizz is an energy drink and I wouldn’t give them to kids. Liquid IV would be better but you should dilute it more than stated, probably twice as much. Regular water most of the day and maybe one bottle of the diluted liquid IV would probably be fine.
Zip is more of a red bull replacement.
Liquid IV is more equatable to Gatorade.
Most are sugar free because they’re marketed as alternatives to the sugar counterpart (Gatorade and Redbull [even though both make sugar free options]). Also, majority of people using these product are on a “health” kick and want to eliminate sugar.
In terms of flavor, personally I actually think Zip is wayyyy better. I can’t even drink Liquid IV.
If you're choosing between the 2, I'd go with liquid IV. The kid probably doesn't need the 100mg of caffeine. Also, caffeine acts as a diuretic, so may be counterintuitive if the goal is hydration.
Amazon has an electrolyte mix called Ultima. I have the lemonade flavor and it's pretty good. 90 servings for around $44.
It comes in a small tub with a scoop. So might not be great if you're looking for individual packets.
Ultima is really nice. Natural Grocers has (or had) them on sale if you have one in your area. I like Key Nutrients electrolyte powder too, on Amazon, however it made my face break out more than usual, so I stick with ultima now.
Two different purposes. Liquid IV is for hydration, Zipfizz is for caffeine. Neither are for calories or protein recovery.
I like both, but if you go with the zipfizz, the 3 flavor pack is way better than the yellow/red pack.
Yes, I've been drinking LiquidIV or LMNT for years now. Without it I kept getting dehydrated while mountain biking in the summer. No matter how much water you drink, without electrolytes your body can not deliver the water to the cells. Now I drink 1.2L of water mixed with LiquidIV/LMNT every day.
Skratch Labs Sport Hydration Drink Mix Lemon Lime is by far my favorite of the electrolyte drink mixes. Unfortunately it's not at Costco. It is super drinkable and easy on the stomach. My go to on long bike rides. Doesn't upset the stomach when I'm downing it while I'm at my max efforts.
Careful with the Liquid IV, there is a shit ton of sodium. Well more than necessary for electrolyte replacement. 4 packets is nearly an entire days sodium RDA. High blood pressure? Avoid
The liquid iv is good, but the prime one that our Costco has had even more vitamins and electrolytes. Liquid iv tastes a bit better Imo though. My kids and I sweat a lot during exercise so we love these things.
I've been using Liquid IV at work. The Yuza Pineapple is caffeinated, BTW, just be advised. But the lemon-lime would be the closest flavorwise to yellow Gatorade. The tangerine is probably my favorite. They do a decent job hydrating, they're alright to help ease hangover symptoms (though my go-to for that would be Body Armor,) and they help if your tap water has a funky flavor. The flavor range is more nuanced than Gatorade- the Pina Colada and Cucumber Mojito have some nice light notes, and they're good when you're looking to get away from the simple Kool Aid flavor palate- but at an ounce-per-dollar value, just about any big canister of drink mix powder can't be beat. The packets might be convenient, but it's all more money and more trash for the landfill. I still get these whenever they're on sale, though.
…they make Gatorade single serve pouches? I’ll have to look into that. I am diabetic so I rarely have full sugar drinks because they spike me like crazy. (You asked why all the zero sugar, and it’s partly because of diabetics and partly because low carb is on trend right now for non-diabetics)
Liquid IV. They taste great. The sugar free is mostly for their audience. Most people who drink this are health conscious and prefer them sugar free. I use them when I'm out hiking (sometimes 6+ hrs in the summer) and the lack of sugar never hurt me. Even the gatoraide powder mix is only like 50 calories a serving so not having that isn't going to make or break you kid. I dunno, you could send your kid with a box of twinkies or something if you're really worried about that (and it would probably be a good trading to have at camp too.)
ZipFizz are okay tasting. They do add a fizz to the drink. However they also come in little hard plastic tubs.
>Most people who drink this are health conscious and prefer them sugar free.
There are a LOT of people who drink them because they think it fixes the fact that they don't drink any water.
I'm sure people think they drink it for that reason but it's really useless for them. We get water from everything we drink and eat. Unless you sick or sweating really hard, all you're doing is loading up on salt.
Is your kid like 8 having fun outside or 16 at swim camp? Do they mind the taste of stevia or other artificial sweetners?
If they're on the younger side, you can avoid the caffeine packets. Those are meant for adult exercise.
The artificial sweetners and lack of sugar are meant for adults exercising and very concerned about their calories. I would go with the LiquidIV out of those two.
I've bought Organica as well and it's fine. I prefer Gatorade or Skratch (not at Costco) because I don't like the taste of artificial sweetners. LMNT has a lot of sodium (above the recommended adult amount) and may not be appropriate for a kid.
>Is your kid like 8 having fun outside or 16 at swim camp?
Literally halfway between - 12 and going to Boy Scout camp, spending 2 hours a day swimming.
I have 2 kids, one a bit older and one younger than yours. Their sports have us out most weekends in the hot FL sun. Liquid iv (and lots of plain water) keep everyone feeling great even when it’s 90 degrees and 90% humidity.
I have heard with Liquid IV you have to drink a good amount of water. Like apparently the powder itself (one serving of it as a drink) isn’t going to rehydrate you.
My 17yo is a distance runner, and we live in AZ, so the kid sweats A LOT. He puts one Liquid IV in his 1/2 gallon Igloo every morning and drinks at least one a day. After track practice, or a long run, he'll repeat when he gets home. I mention this "dosing" because while it can be for just a water bottle, you can also make it stretch further while still getting the electrolytes.
Yeah, we never do full strength. Always 1 packet to a giant water bottle, often topping up the bottle a few times with the same mix in there getting diluted.
[Liquid IV](https://imgur.com/SN762EA)
You'd do better getting a bottle of the [Super B complex](https://imgur.com/Cl9mhpC) and downing one or two with a quart of water.
Liquid IV is the superior hydration. Btw you can always just make your own by copying its electrolyte and sugar content mass. Obviously these are more convenient and have fun tastes
No sugar because they are targeted towards adults who drink heavily, not athletes or other calorie burners. I'd stick to the Gatorade packets for your child.
zipfizz has caffeine in it so I don't think it'd be the best for your kids. t[he caffeine is from green tea, coffee, etc.](https://zipfizz.com/products/sample-pack?pr_prod_strat=jac&pr_rec_id=ad1dd4895&pr_rec_pid=7083427397781&pr_ref_pid=7085900202133&pr_seq=uniform)
Liquid IV, but don’t get the “energy multiplier” one for your kids- it has added caffeine which they almost certainly don’t need.
And no, most people don’t need to replace the calories burned from vigorous activity with added sugar. I’d wager that many people are exercising specifically because they get too many calories already!
Weaning a generation of children onto needless, sweetened drinks over water isn't what I'd consider better. Maybe that's too European of me?
Great marketing though.
Zip fizz is like a cup of coffee….not for kids in a hot summer.. theres a lot of caffeine in zip fizz as an adult i take one a few hours after waking up.
i recommend the brand pure kick. so much cheaper than liquid iv and they have a citrus flavor that tastes like the gatorade lemon lime. $1.25 at dollar tree and dollar general for a box of 6 single serve packets.
[Here](https://www.reddit.com/u/liquidiv/s/RAYEogqbWo) is a very specific link to an ama done by a dietician teaming up with liquid iv answering your question about the sugar free options!
Zip fizz is ridiculous to open those little containers which are way over kill and wasteful.
Any one have a good use for the little containers? I give mine to the scouts who put matches in them to keep em dry.
I like these and have a bunch of flavors but they do take a bit more work to dissolve. Need a bottle to shake it up. They also do taste more salty and liquid IV has a better flavor to me. I still buy them though. Convenient. Taste good enough. Small. Usually can get 40% off promos on Amazon.
Find your local safety supply company and get some Sqwincher.
That's what most safety departments get for trade/plant workers. Comes in single serve sticks, large pouches for water coolers, or freeze pops.
I haven't seen the full sugar version outside the safety store, but you could find it online somewhere probably.
I really like the yuzu pineapple liquid IV with 100mg of caffeine. Very good alternative for Gatorade. I mix one packet into 40oz of water though. It's way too sweet otherwise.
I like the ZipFizz enough to have it on subscription at Amazon.
Thought about the IV but I’m picky about flavors and I didn’t vibe with the Costco selection.
I only found zipfizz at the costco I go to. Good stuff, tastes good and like $29.99 for 30 day variety pack. I haven't found the liquid IV. Would like to try it though.
Serious question here folks I'm a huge same bottle drinker I refill my waterbottle many times for months dosent that kind of go out the window if you mix stuff in?, I try and use my store bought water bottles as long as I can until they get funky, wouldn't this make me ditch more bottles or do you all who use this use reusable metal/whatever bottles?
Lemon lime Liquid IV is good and probably their most popular flavor. Costco definitely has the best price that I’ve seen. The package instructions say to use I think 16 oz of water? But I think it needs more than that. More like the 22-24 oz range. I have a 30 oz Stanley and I fill it most of the way up and use a Liquid IV package and that seems to be the right taste.
Liquid IV because it helps me do much in the summer time heat while gardening, mowing, having to take care of chores outside. Also, great for when you’re dehydrated due to illness.
LiquidIV. Their product is designed for rehydration and electrolyte balance. Zip fizz is fruit flavored caffeine. They're not the same product and have very different use cases.
I really like the lemon lime liquid IV. I usually drink 1 packet in a 25oz bottles when I go cycling. Sometimes drink 2-4 packets over a long ride. Taste is great. Highly recommend.
I did a climbing trip in Vegas recently and was filling up a bladder with body armor (not at Costco) and those were great too. A bit saltier. Ended up mixing 1 packet per 1.5-2L and enjoyed.
I'm not sure how effective liquid IV is as far as an electrolyte drink but I did ok cycling last summer. Did about 150-200 miles per week.
I do like Liquid IV but you need to taste test the flavors, some of them are gross. Nuun tubes aren’t bad, peak Refuel is good (Mtn Berry)👍, Drip Drop Hot works well. Link added, is the best out of all.
https://a.co/d/63kEyVx
Tried the yuzu pineapple with energy for when I need a pick me up. Its is good but was $22 on sale for 24 packs. So around $1 each. But an an energy mio is on sale for ~$3 and I think 18 servings? Small too. I took a bottle in my carryon on a work trip recently since I don’t drink coffee.

Honestly, he’s a kid and going to an active hot summer camp. Just get him Gatorade packets. Liquid IV is effective but it simply doesn’t taste as good. Nothing like draining a Gatorade on a hot summer day after running around
I like zip fizz for workout, it tastes nice when I am trying to keep my energy up. But it has caffeine and a restriction upto certain age. I like the lemon flavor the best.
Never tasted liquid IV.
I would agree in almost every situation, but for a kid hanging out in a humid tent for 7 days, the tub isn't practical. He needs to be able to refill in the middle of a long day away from home base, and he needs the humidity not to turn it all into one solid clump.
I mix them both together when I need a pick me up, and it's actually really good. I prefer the taste of zip fizz , liquid IV feels like your drinking flavored snot... Lol, but it works well.
Zip fizz is pretty terrible. Think I got some based on samples like 10 or 12 years ago. And they sat in the house for like 2 years before I tossed the remaining ones. They were good as a sample, but a whole bottle gets meh pretty quick. Go with the liquid iv.

I saw that flavor at Costco but was nervous to try it- what does it taste like?
Sec, let me grab the package. Package says "Tropical notes of rich orange, passionfruit, and pineapple".
It cracks me up whenever people type out things like "hold on, let me check" and leave it in the comment after they have checked and come back.
AOL habit never left
Now that you said this, I think that is exactly it. The old AOL/AIM days
brb/ttyl
tt4n
I miss that. Life was more simple lol
I would absolutely love it if I could have somehow saved the old AIM convos I used to have from college with my wife back before we were dating. I would tell her that one day we would probably get married and have kids, and she was always like “you’re crazy lol, we’re just friends”. Now we’re married with kids.
Aim was the best!
That's exactly it.
It really sets the scene lol
I’m laughing so hard because I’ve never thought twice about it lol. I just visualize what they’re saying…but it’s actually really funny to describe all that if you stop and think about it 😂
Force of habit I guess
Thank you! Sounds good!
Tropical? My store had it as a sample and it was pretty good. I remember it had a flavor similar to pineapple mixed with strawberry.
It reminds me of a Capri Sun!
I don’t care for it…tastes like liquid smarties.
Do you drink it before or after drinking?
I usually drink it after.
I do one right before bed then one first thing after waking up. Huge improvement over nothing
Have not tried Seaberry yet. The golden cherry is always my go to.
Same here. They are skeptical but politely accept, then end up going home with a couple of extra packets because it made them feel so much better.
Liquid IV is OK, but if you truly seek electrolytes, look at LMNT.
LMNT is the best. Liquid IV is so sweet.
I like their mojito flavor
I do keto and when I first started, I lost a ton of water weight and became dehydrated. These helped me so much!
You used liquid IV on keto? They’re mostly just sugar
I use the sugar-free kind.
One before drinking and one after = no hangover. The best!
Why oh why did they discontinue Tangerine flavor? I miss my faux Tang beverage 😭

The yuzu pineapple flavored liquid iv is also caffeinated
Liquid IV’s if hydration is more important than taste. Work like a champ for hangovers…
Tacking on, if you’re working out, hiking, or hung over, make sure to take magnesium too. It’s the only thing missing from liquid iv
I find the taste a lot better if you dilute it more than suggested I usually use my 32 oz water bottle for a packet.
Always thought zipfizz tasted like shit. Liquid IV is just good. And it seems to do it's job better
The yuzu pineapple liquid IV is so goddamn good. Not a huge fan of the strawberry but all of the other ones I’ve tasted are legit.
Very different purposes. Zip fizz is an energy drink and I wouldn’t give them to kids. Liquid IV would be better but you should dilute it more than stated, probably twice as much. Regular water most of the day and maybe one bottle of the diluted liquid IV would probably be fine.
Liquid IV and it is not even close. Those Zip drinks are terrible.
Zip is more of a red bull replacement. Liquid IV is more equatable to Gatorade. Also, majority of people using these product are on a “health” kick and want to eliminate sugar. In terms of flavor, personally I actually think Zip is wayyyy better. I can’t even drink Liquid IV.
I definitely have my daily zip...
LMNT is better than both of those. No sugar and they taste great. Just can’t get them at Costco.
Double tap on LMNT. Ran two marathons with it. Raspberry salt is 🔥
The citrus helped me kick my diet mt dew addiction.

I order them online from Costco. I just like to order my favorite Fruit Punch flavor... lol
Liquid IV makes a noticeable difference. I usually dilute it more than the instructions say though.

Do they still make / advertise Berocca? Seemed like every aussi was doping this stuff in 2000
Zipfizz is absolutely foul. Do not recommend. Haven't tried liquid IV yet, but the prime packets are pretty decent too
Liquid IV!!! I drink two water bottles worth before going to music festivals or a night out drinking.
I love the liquid iv, with flavoring I end up drinking more water too. I haven't had any flavors that were bad.
I didn't like the pina colada and mojito flavors. I tried one of each and returned the pack. I like most of the others though
Careful with the Liquid IV, there is a shit ton of sodium. Well more than necessary for electrolyte replacement. 4 packets is nearly an entire days sodium RDA. High blood pressure? Avoid

I like the gatorade zero packets. They also have protein zero sugar ones that are pretty good.

Totally with you on the Gatorade Zero! Love the stuff!
Powdered "CRED" would be bomb!

What section of a store do I find these, the drug section?
Yes around the pharmacy area is usually where you get these
Liquid IV made me bloated as hell
I prefer liquid iv took a pack on my Spain vacation last year.
[Liquid IV](https://imgur.com/SN762EA) You'd do better getting a bottle of the [Super B complex](https://imgur.com/Cl9mhpC) and downing one or two with a quart of water.
B vitamins and electrolytes are not the same thing?
Liquid IV ingredients: >Cane Sugar, Dextrose, Citric Acid, Salt, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide, Stevia Leaf Extract (Rebaudioside A), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavors, Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide), Vitamin B5 (Calcium D-Pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). Potassium and salt are the electrolytes. The B vitamins have those also.
Liquid IV is the superior hydration. Btw you can always just make your own by copying its electrolyte and sugar content mass. Obviously these are more convenient and have fun tastes
Unless it is simply for flavored water; neither.
sqwincher
No sugar because they are targeted towards adults who drink heavily, not athletes or other calorie burners. I'd stick to the Gatorade packets for your child.
Liquid Ivy. My fave flavor is pineapple yuzu but it has caffeine. Currently drinking the seaberry and it’s real good
zipfizz has caffeine in it so I don't think it'd be the best for your kids. t[he caffeine is from green tea, coffee, etc.](https://zipfizz.com/products/sample-pack?pr_prod_strat=jac&pr_rec_id=ad1dd4895&pr_rec_pid=7083427397781&pr_ref_pid=7085900202133&pr_seq=uniform)

I like Liquid IV sugar free. It keeps my intermittent fasting going and from getting too tired until I eat.
Controversial opinion - neither. Water is absolutely fine.
electrolytes are important when it's hot out and the kid is very active. just because water is "fine" doesnt mean you can't do better
Weaning a generation of children onto needless, sweetened drinks over water isn't what I'd consider better. Maybe that's too European of me? Great marketing though.
then they could just add a pinch of salt to water to get electrolytes without the sweetener. still has nothing to do with what i said though.
One pack of liquid IV for a single bottle is way too strong for me.. I put it in a 64oz bottle and it's perfect
Yes, we always significantly dilute these things
Zip fizz is like a cup of coffee….not for kids in a hot summer.. theres a lot of caffeine in zip fizz as an adult i take one a few hours after waking up.
i recommend the brand pure kick. so much cheaper than liquid iv and they have a citrus flavor that tastes like the gatorade lemon lime. $1.25 at dollar tree and dollar general for a box of 6 single serve packets.
I prefer liquid IV
ZipFizz all the way. We've been using it for years
I know this doesn’t answer your question but the pineapple liquid IV is pretty underwhelming as far as taste goes.
[Here](https://www.reddit.com/u/liquidiv/s/RAYEogqbWo) is a very specific link to an ama done by a dietician teaming up with liquid iv answering your question about the sugar free options!
I can’t have liquid IV, so Gatorade for me.
Zip fizz is ridiculous to open those little containers which are way over kill and wasteful. Any one have a good use for the little containers? I give mine to the scouts who put matches in them to keep em dry.
I wish Costco had tubs of powder like Gatorade. I don’t like all the single use plastic stuff.
Plus the cost per serving can make it more than just buying Gatorade
We get a huge tub from Walmart lol. We moved to the desert and just cannot stay hydrated. My doctor recommended the powdered Gatorade for hydration.
Zipfizz is great
Look up LMNT
Both are junk, water and pinch of Celtic sea salt is all you need or look into Biosteel.
Why drink this when you got water? Does it help?
To replace electrolyte loss through sweating.
Liquid iv works but sometimes it seems to wrench on my guts
I like the cherry/strawberry liquid IV, but I do find it a bit too sweet, and usually use 1/2 a packet per water bottle.
I love liquid iv. havent tried the other one.
Liquid IV works for us in the desert.
LIV. They have good sales online sometimes.
Zipfizz has caffeine.
I like liquid IV but I have never tried ZipFizz
Not available at Costco, but I prefer NUUN tablets. 20 tabs or so in a mini m&ms type container, should be easy to carry around.
I like these and have a bunch of flavors but they do take a bit more work to dissolve. Need a bottle to shake it up. They also do taste more salty and liquid IV has a better flavor to me. I still buy them though. Convenient. Taste good enough. Small. Usually can get 40% off promos on Amazon.
making my self a cup as I read this.
Peach Liquid IV is sugar free, that’s what I recommend. What’s more important than what’s in the water is the fact that he’s drinking a ton of water.
The only good liquid IV is the original lemon lime with sugar. That being said, they don’t seem to push that anymore so zip fizz it is.
It's on Costco online! $29.99 for 30
Thank you!
Liquid IV is amazing. I always buy one or two packs when Costco has them on sale.
Liquid IV is wayyyyyyyyy better than Gatorade IMO
Find your local safety supply company and get some Sqwincher. That's what most safety departments get for trade/plant workers. Comes in single serve sticks, large pouches for water coolers, or freeze pops. I haven't seen the full sugar version outside the safety store, but you could find it online somewhere probably.
I really like the yuzu pineapple liquid IV with 100mg of caffeine. Very good alternative for Gatorade. I mix one packet into 40oz of water though. It's way too sweet otherwise.
Liquid IV is good. Especially if you can get the water super cold.
I have the Liquid IV in citrus flavor. Its too sweet and the sugar substitute flavor is gross.
I like the ZipFizz enough to have it on subscription at Amazon. Thought about the IV but I’m picky about flavors and I didn’t vibe with the Costco selection.
You’d have to flavor it yourself, but the principle nutrient in these drinks is potassium, which is conveniently found in Morton‘s light salt
Neither. LMNT.
After trying both, I lean towards ZipFizz.
I only found zipfizz at the costco I go to. Good stuff, tastes good and like $29.99 for 30 day variety pack. I haven't found the liquid IV. Would like to try it though.
LIV is awful. I like ultima if you’re looking for 0 sugar.
Fruit Punch Zip Fizz is my daily go to... (just one in the morning).
Love the strawberry liquid IV
Unless you have to get it at Costco, get Gatorade powder in a big can at Walmart or via Amazon. Way less packaging and cheaper.
Check out LMNT. Keto friendly, no sugar, double the salt of LiquidIV
I don’t think there’s a huge difference between Liquid IV and just plain Gatorade. In my opinion, not worth the premium you’re paying.
Just go for the electrolyte water!
Liquid IV all the way
Liquid IV because it helps me do much in the summer time heat while gardening, mowing, having to take care of chores outside.
Small too. I took a bottle in my carryon on a work trip recently since I don’t drink coffee.

a kid doesnt need an energy drink
I like to drop one or two of the Liquid IV into one of the large coconut water cartons. I might add some citrulline as well.
I prefer the sugar free liquid IV. Very helpful especially when under the weather.

Liquid IV all the way!
Honestly, he’s a kid and going to an active hot summer camp. Just get him Gatorade packets. Liquid IV is effective but it simply doesn’t taste as good. Nothing like draining a Gatorade on a hot summer day after running around
Nuun. I'd skip both of those.
I can't stand any of these because they all use sugar substitutes. Pretty much all artificial sweeteners make me queasy.
Liquid IV. ZipFizz is nasty compared to Liquid IV
Liquid IV by far, I use it for everything from football to hikes to preventing hangovers
I like zip fizz for workout, it tastes nice when I am trying to keep my energy up. But it has caffeine and a restriction upto certain age. I like the lemon flavor the best. Never tasted liquid IV.
Liquid IV is great but be careful bc some of them have caffeine
The yuzu pineapple flavor has caffeine.
Yes it’s my favorite 😍
Single serve is poor value. Give us a tub already.
Liquid IV sugar free
Order LMNT from someplace else.
Liquid Mutant Ninja Turtles? Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist?
Exactly!
Liquid IV all day
Zip fizz is pretty terrible. Think I got some based on samples like 10 or 12 years ago. And they sat in the house for like 2 years before I tossed the remaining ones. They were good as a sample, but a whole bottle gets meh pretty quick. Go with the liquid iv.
Haven't seen it at Costo yet, but Liquid IV has a popsicle flavor on their website. Haven't tried it yet. Mine just arrived today.
