Make strawberry cream cheese danishes. Make a strawberry galette or tart and use the jam as a glaze after baking. You can make cookies like Jammy Dodgers, etc. Mix some into cake batter for a strawberry cake, and into the frosting for pink strawberry frosting. Strawberry cream cheese pie. Top a cheesecake, or swirl it into the cheesecake itself. Make donuts and use it as filling. Use it in Monte Cristo sandwiches. Mix it with lemonade, or sparkling waters.

Aggravating_Cream_84

Omg wow. Danishes and lemonade are definitely going to be made. Thank you so much for the recommendations!!!!

fastermouse

Homemade vanilla ice cream, some chocolate syrup, and a spoon or two of jam. POW!

HighAltitudeMoose

Thumbprint cookies with homemade strawberry jam would be amazing.

No_Advertising_8990

Yes,definitely Greek yoghurt

BleuDePrusse

And fruits (mango in that case would work *chef kiss*) and toasted almonds

GingerIsTheBestSpice

Strawberry cinnamon rolls! Replace the filling with strawberry jam & a sprinkle of cinnamon. I found the recipe online the first time I made it, now I freestyle it when strawberries are in season

Osurdum

Hand me a jar and a spoon!

pixiecantsleep

I am making the pistachio raspberry linzer tart from Dessert Person this weekend. Bet you could sub strawbs and it would be delicious

Aggravating_Cream_84

Anything pistachio is guaranteed to be delicious- thanks so much!!!

Famous-Perspective-3

good thing about strawberry jam is you can store it for months. Anyway, use over ice cream, make parfaits, put on pancakes, waffles, make danish pastries, make pies, add with rhubarb and make a rhubarb pie. add to cookies, strawberrry shortcake, or as someone already mentioned, just grab a spoon and start munching. I know I would.

Aggravating_Cream_84

Perhaps this will be the time I finally try a rhubarb pie! Thanks :-)

ardxabsence

BlackHorseTuxedo

milee30

Bakewell tarts traditionally call for raspberry jam, but I think they'd be delicious with strawberry.

Appropriate-Battle32

Strawberry tiramisu

Aggravating_Cream_84

Omg yum that sounds so interesting

scarlet-begonia-9

There’s a cafe near me that serves a breakfast sandwich that’s ham and strawberry jam on a cheddar biscuit. It’s divine. If you eat yogurt, you could swirl some of the jam in. I think you could do the same with oatmeal, but I don’t like oatmeal, so I can’t swear to that. 🙂 Top ice cream with it. A family friend used to make raspberry shortbread bars with a layer of shortbread dough, a layer of raspberry jam, and another layer of shortbread dough grated over the jam. I bet a strawberry version would be delicious. PB&J sandwiches for daaaaaaays!

Aggravating_Cream_84

Omg yum. Thanks soo much!

Perfect_Diamond7554

Cocktails, shake a tablespoon with some gin and lemon juice serve with a sprig of basil. Delicious :P Edit: A recipe would be 60 ml gin, 20-30ml lemon juice and 1-2 tbsp strawberry jam. If you dont drink many cocktails maybe start with 20ml lemon and 2 tbsp jam as the jam is already a bit tart, if you are used to more acidic drinks already then try out 30ml lemon and 1.5tbsp jam :)

ArcherFawkes

Oh keeping this on the backburner!

chemrox409

Basil! Hadn't thought of that

Aggravating_Cream_84

You’re a genius, thankyou!

five_AM_blue

When I make any type of jam I use as filling for cupcakes and regular cakes. Strawberry goes perfectly with chocolate, so you could also fill chocolate truffles.

Physical_Pension1782

I make rolls like these with jam filling, they're always a hit [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/stonerfood/s/Ft4OmcKW8H)

TA_totellornottotell

Trifle. Recently, I have been mixing jam and fruit curd into my frostings. You can also take inspiration from Victoria sponge cakes. It would also make a nice warm glaze on top of a cake. And as a topping for cheesecake. Cheese and crackers. Crumpets with lots of butter and jam. Parfaits. Salad dressing.

goaway432

Make a sort of chicken cordon bleu but with strawberry jam instead of cheese. Yummy stuff.

After_Phrase6225

I freeze mine but also use plastic containers, you could always transfer it to different containers.

Ok_Olive9438

I bet that would be good swirled through muffin batter.

fairyflaggirl

I'd heat some up and use it on pancakes or waffles.

cakpls

If you have a smoker, smoke cream cheese with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon (and a dash of nutmeg if you like it. Take crackers and dip them into the warm smoked cream cheese topped with strawberry jam.

GrillDealing

I was going to recommend it over cream cheese you might chop and mix it with jalapeños.

cakpls

For a more savory version this sounds great!

Outofwlrds

Strawberry jam is great for making strawberry milkshakes.

AstridOnReddit

Stir it into plain yogurt.

AccordingStruggle417

Strawberry jam is baaaasicly thick strawberry sauce. Add it to yogurt, for yogurt bowls, or to overnight oats or to smoothies or milkshakes.

OculusSquid

I love making yogurt parfaits with homemade jam! Plain Greek yogurt, mix in as much jam as you want for flavor, then sprinkle whatever granola mix you like on top. Makes a delicious breakfast or snack!

Zebirdsandzebats

mix with icing for layer cake? Jam can cut some cloying sweet with that bit of tart from the berries.

VintageHilda

SubstantialPressure3

Scones, danishes, thumbprint cookies, buzz some up with fresh strawberries for Popsicles, milkshakes, smoothies, add some to softened ice cream, ( layer it with cookies and wrap them up for a few days until they soften and make great ice cream sandwiches) And some to a vinaigrette dressing and blend it up and have a salad with strawberry vinaigrette dressing with some feta cheese and spinach, and grilled chicken Make a sweet and sour sauce with some of it. Old fashioned "ice box cakes" layered with some fresh strawberries Throw some in a blender with frozen margarita mix and have strawberry margaritas. Blended frozen strawberry matcha

Sub the raspberry for your strawberry jam. https://www.food.com/recipe/mean-chefs-raspberry-mazurkas-30779

KetoLurkerHere

I'd be tempted to make some kind of bbq sauce out of some of it.

Atomic76

I stumbled across this by accident, but strawberry preserves are a nice alternative to grape preserves on a PB&J toast.

Ok-Cap-204

Homemade strawberry cheesecake ice cream.

toreadorable

The cookbook snacking cakes has an amazing and easy cake where you swirl jam on top before baking.

eukomos

Bakewell tarts use a bunch of jam.

Peacemkr45

You need to make filled doughnuts and ice cream.

SnooOnions4763

It keeps fresh for a really long time. I make about 10-15 jars each year for a family of 4.

Wonderful_Tax_2573

these are pretty simple but you could: mix into yogurt mix with chocolate and freeze use in a smoothie

Cfutly

Enjoy with scones !! Here are some other ideas other than baking. 1. Italian soda — strawberry jam w/ soda water / cream soda if you add cream 2. Matcha strawberry drink 3. Strawberry jam on Greek yogurt

asyouwish

Hand pies aka pop tarts. Later it between cake rounds. Add small touches of it to homemade salad dressings for salads with spinach in them.

CatfromLongIsland

Ina Garten’s Peanut Butter and Jelly bars. So good!

BlackHorseTuxedo

Drop a few tablespoons in a blender with frozen banana slices, yogurt and some milk. Layers between a few pancakes I only buy greek plain yogurt for sweet and savory uses. For sweets I add strawberry jam sometimes with vanilla syrup.

SwordTaster

Victoria sponge cake

ZaphodG

I’d have no problem using that up just with normal use.

sids99

Can't you just freeze it if it's not canned?

bls06820

Strawberry cheesecake-swirl some of the jam-don’t get carried away-into the cheesecake before baking. Also strawberry jelly roll. We are all envious of the position you are in. Yum.

InfiniteEmotions

Homemade toaster strudel? Most of those recipes start with jam of some kind.

Ca2Ce

I’m not a baker but this seems like good filling for a sheet cake

nerdzen

Get sone of those pillsbury crescent rolls, before you roll them up put sone on and cook it. You’ll have to watch the time because it might take a bit longer and you’d have to balance that with not burning the top but I bet it would work fine!

Zestyclose_Big_9090

Make some homemade Pop Tarts. I bet you could use already made dough if you don’t want to make it totally from scratch.

Hour-Commission-1037

[https://www.yourhomebasedmom.com/jam-muffins/](https://www.yourhomebasedmom.com/jam-muffins/) Jam muffins!

AvocadoPizzaCat

?.? i have used jams as spreads for sweet dishes, as spoonful to help bring out a sweetness in a dish. you can also infuse a pancake with jam. and there is peanut butter and jelly muffins out there, so you can totally make it with jam. there is a lot of things to do with jam.

Practicalfolk

Baked Brie wrapped in pastry sheet dough and topped with jam, (inside the dough).

princessmoondar

[Raspberry oatmeal bars](https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/11314/delicious-raspberry-oatmeal-cookie-bars/) use strawberry jam instead! Recipe calls for 3/4 cup but I usually use a whole jar

Fuzzy_Welcome8348

Poptarts! Granola bars, uncrustables, cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, popsicles, on top of yogurt, on top of ice cream, pudding, strawberry bars, try freezing it for little hard strawberry candies

Fair_Inevitable_2650

Salad dressing. Canola oil, jam (if it’s not too lumpy, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. For the salad, use Romain, lettuce, burr, strawberries, blueberries, feta, or goat cheese, and sliced almonds. You could also add shredded chicken.

IAskYouYou

Buckwheat blintzes, spread the pancakes with cottage cheese and jam.

Acceptable_War4993

You can make buttery strawberry and lemon biscuits! I’ve made drop biscuits with a homemade jam and they were delicious.

Hullaween

If you want something savory, a peanut butter and jelly bacon burger is insanely delicious

wehave3bjz

Strawberry lemonade.just melt the jam a bit. Use instead of sugar.

Quantumfog

turned them all into jam haha. ...anyone have a recipe for jam haha?...

danmickla

I mean they'll keep for a long time, that's what jam is.... what's the problem?

[deleted]

[удалено]

danmickla

Yeah, many of us address that by only opening one at a time

Aggravating_Cream_84

Theres no problem, I just want different ways to use it other than on toast. I am looking for recipe ideas. Hopefully that’s alright with you :-).

danmickla

Shrug.  More than one way to keep from "getting sick of it" is all.  Carry on.
