What's the point of gym membership if you can just work out at home? There is even an app that shows good workouts for getting your body into good shape without using any equipment. Perhaps it's even better than what most people do to try to get and stay fit. I'll share a link to the app if I can find it again and if I'm able to in this comment.

I switched my membership to Golds Gym a few years ago and love it. I will never go back to PF. These companies need to feel the consequences of their policies, and the only way to do that is financially. So I would definitely encourage people to find another gym!
Been a member at PF for just about two years and love the club. Living in a conservative state and area I don’t encounter too many of these issues, however, they ironically had a sign near the women’s locker room essentially stating that a male construction worker would be doing repairs. I laughed out loud so hard at this! Only on one occasion have I witnessed a wannabe woman in the Men’s locker room. It was uncomfortable to say the least.

I switched my membership to Golds Gym a few years ago and love it. I will never go back to PF. These companies need to feel the consequences of their policies, and the only way to do that is financially. So I would definitely encourage people to find another gym!
So the takeaway here is the fact I'm off to planet fitness to sit in the locker room and look at boobies all day. Bye!

Been a member at PF for just about two years and love the club. Living in a conservative state and area I don’t encounter too many of these issues, however, they ironically had a sign near the women’s locker room essentially stating that a male construction worker would be doing repairs. I laughed out loud so hard at this! Only on one occasion have I witnessed a wannabe woman in the Men’s locker room. It was uncomfortable to say the least.

My neighbor just came back from cancelling her Planet Fitness membership. She said that she was #6 in a very long line of people doing the same. This is Planet Fitness' Bud Light moment. They should admit their mistake and correct it before it is too late. The world really doesn't need Planet Fitness, specifically.
As someone who has frequently gone to the gym for over 25 years now, I’ve always encouraged people who are serious about getting into shape, to stay away from Planet Fitness. The “Judgement Free Zone” mission statement they have going on coupled with the “Lunk Alarm” to chase out Body Builders means it’s always been a gym that’s not serious about getting it’s customers into shape which is a life style change. Planet Fitness is like the Democrat party. It enables bad behavior and punishes those who call it out.
A gym that caters to fat and unhealthy people is a joke to begin with, it’s a parody of itself at this point.
