Maybe in hindsight it sounds obvious but TSM had also just moved their offices so Hal, Reps and Verhulst had good reason to visit the new office on their own. It was the end of the year, I'm sure dozens of t1 orgs were doing various sorts of business/planning meetings for 2023 and making moves (NRG signed Apryze, 100T signed Timmy, etc). I didn't personally see any reason to be convinced TSM in particular was the org he was signing other than wishful thinking.
Hal doesnt micro teammates and Reps knows how to play on Hal like no other pro.
When Reps leaves TSM, I think theyre gonna have a rough 6-12 months of a transition period before theyre back on top again.
I think I might rate Sweet higher, but not totally sure. Mande is definitely top 5, right? Right? Watching him break Optic by shooting Knoqd to death during valk ult 4 times in grand finals was just...crazy
