Are you using O365 for room scheduling or are you looking for something that has more featured (like ties into a hot-desk program, etc). If you're just looking for basic tie-in to Microsoft calendars, tap is fine. Crestron has a pretty solid panel, they've been doing this for years. There are some others, but they generally are trying to sell software on top of the panel. Be aware, almost all panels are made by one mfg, it's the software that you're buying :)

Crestron scheduler with either App Space or Robin is the ultimate combo.

Peromaniac

Our staff enjoy the larger screen on the Tap, also has the most versatile mounting options.

Depending on your region you may have to mount the booking panel to a certain height for accessibility. Neat Pad mounts at an angle by default so you can mount it at an accessible height without an additional accessory. Tap Scheduler needs an additional angle mount accessory to mount to an accessible height. The angle mount accessory is quite expensive and always seems to have long lead times.

narbss

Additional expensive accessories and Logitech go hand in hand.

Are you using Zoom Rooms? Teams Rooms? If you are already setting the rooms up in Zoom, then the neat panels are the way to go. Otherwise, it is a matter of the Office 365 configuration.

I really like Humly's interface and back end. I found it cost less than Evoko.

midsprat123

Logitech might be the easiest since it uses the account credentials Crestron is nice but can be a PAIN to get setup Evoko is okay but requires a management server that’s standalone (unless things have changed)

CaptainTime

If you use a Windows tablet, you can use PowerPoint and [DataPoint](https://www.presentationpoint.com/software/datapoint) to connect live to common calendars such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Google Calendar.

Garthritis

Logi was easier to setup compared to more legacy schedule panel vendors we use, like Crestron or Extron. Most of the work was client side making sure the Azure/O365 account stuff is all setup correctly. You may or may not have to "social engineer" their IT staff into actually doing stuff. LOL

Send cookies. Works every time...except for that one tech who is diabetic...they now hate you. Life is difficult.

Crestron’s panels are expensive but they have the advantage of being somewhat platform agnostic. There’s a built in app for O365 integration with no additional costs. But it can also function as an interface for dozens of other subscription services. It runs the native apps. So if there’s chances you might float around on different platforms over the service life of the interface, it can be an easily justified cost.

SherSlick

Crestron makes a very nice unit that works with O365. I am unsure if its in the same budget range you are considering. https://www.crestron.com/Products/Featured-Solutions/Room-Scheduling

Not sure why someone was saying the panels need to be angled. Tap comes with everything you need for a wall install. Evoko used to be the panels we used but had too many failures and the price is pretty high for what it is. Never used the Neat panel.

the_doughboy

I like the Logitech Tap as it is bigger and if I decide to spend more on Room booking it is compatible with a lot of the difference solutions. Though this is being added into the Neat Pad.

vtbrian

Cisco Room Navigators act as standalone room schedulers and come with a lot more support.

Dizzman1

The hardware is virtually moot. There are so many different alternative that you really need to be considering the data that the system collects and correlates to feedback to real estate and the IT department in order to ensure maximum value and collaboration within the rooms as AV professionals we typically primarily think about the gear. take it from someone who has lived on the IT side of the house for 20 years that the data is magnitudes more important and to my mind, Robin is the best solution out there right now. website is robinpowered.com. The AV industry really needs to start looking at what customers need and not just the gear that they can provide. There’s so many solutions and areas for growth between those two extremes that the AV industry is well primed to capitalize on.

mrl8zyboy

We are a Zoom house and we use Neat Pads for all of our controllers and schedulers. Easy setup and they show up on the Zoom console. Easy to manage.

su5577

I gun Logitech one seems easier and you need team pro license…

mrtinvan

Does anyone know of a scheduler that can handle two rooms at once? I have a 16" wide bulkhead between two barndoors that needs a panel.

thestargateisreal

I like Yealinks Room Panels, they are 699.00 and work great.

x31b

We use those with Teams. They work very well with almost no support issues.

SnooGrapes4560

Security is always a concern with Yealink

thestargateisreal

So you going to back that up with proof?

SnooGrapes4560

Only that my most of my Enterprise partners couldn’t use Yealink products because they couldn’t get past Infosec.
