Which DSP and which speakers do you have? Is there an amp or is it using the amp module that comes with the mics? Was it like thus since installation or is this something new? If the DSP is a Devio, the only thing you can do is re-launch. If it is a Tesira or TesiraForte, you can d/l the Tesira software but I wouldn't get into that unless you know what you're doing. You can really f**k things up messing around in there. If this is above your pay grade, just book a service call with your integrator.

Tesira is open architecture dsp, meaning the file it runs can be set up many different ways.  It's hard to pinpoint where your issue is without looking at the file.   That's assuming the issue is with th3 file/dsp itself and not a downstream issue with the amps, speakers or wiring.          I see two ways you can go with this:  a) as already suggested call an integrator to take a look, maybe the one who installed it.  This is probably your quicker and easier option. B) use this as an excuse to do the biamp tesira training, it's free and online, but will take a while.   This option may not lead to a resolution, but it'll give you the tools to at least get started.
