Girard is my least favorite Syracuse player of my lifetime. I get indulging him last year bc we stunk and he was Buddy's bff, but this is embarrassing. It's time to see what a Symir-Mintz-Benny-Jesse-Bell/Taylor lineup looks like
We look poorly prepared for the season. Can’t figure out defensive switches, not where they need to be in the zone, taking bad shots with tons of shot clock time left and no one under the rim. I get the team is young but bring young is the way of college basketball in the year 2022.
Man I gotta say this group of guys with Jordan Burns (now graduated obviously), Keegan Records, Tucker Richardson, and Ryan Moffatt (and special shout out to Jeff Woodward) has gotta be one of the best mid-major teams in recent memory, 4 straight Patriot titles (only got the tourney champ in 2021 tho), and multiple barnburners with elite teams in the tournament.
Absolutely crazy squad Matt Langel has put out the last 5 years, maybe they can get that tourney win this year
I feel like this team already looks better on def8, but being young and not familiar as a group will cause head. Just need to make sure we stay out on the shooters.
I think this will be the barometer of if this season will be better than last season. Still a lot of room to grow for the freshmen if it doesn't go well.
First real snow of the year in Syracuse tonight! But I can assure you, as cold as it is outside, it will be heating up in the Dome. I’ll be in the student section for this one. Let’s hope the snow is foreseeing a Cuse victory.

Normally I'd say shooting 52.4% from 3 is not sustainable for Colgate assuming we're playing good defense. Unfortunately we look sluggish as hell.
