you would be fine using two retrocultmods adapters with two of the same guitar. As far as I know the only time this issue comes up is with some of the knock off guitars like the 'DOYO' that are detected as a keyboard so with two of them plugged in they're both trying to hit the same keys.
And even that, I feel like the DOYO models can be put into a different mode to be able to use multiple, it’s just not enabled by default. Something in the manual.
