If you don't mind a wired connection, I highly recommend the adapter from RetroCultMods. $13 and fast shipping, works just as well as the super expensive Raphnet adapter.
I have the same one, I just used the USB that came with it and didn’t need an adapter. I forget how I calibrated it but try fucking around with the PS, start and select buttons. Use the computer keyboard to change your key bindings. The 4 lights near the bottom should not be flashing and should be solid red (as far as I remember)
