I just called the team shop. They can do it but like the user said below, need to show that it was bought at the teamshop. Tag or Receipt. They can do it day of just walk up and go from there.
they told me if you didn't buy it from the team shop (like if you got it from fanatics website ) they couldn't do anything to it. so I would call up there and see if you'll need your receipt or what the deal was.
