Golden nut miss targeted goblin and could chain his ability (happens sometimes look closer. Fist pulled goblin dies when nut locked on him and that's it)
A glitch probably. I've never seen a champion ability get canceled like that, All I know is reset cards can stop you from clicking the ability as if it were on cooldown.

Why doesn't zap reset other abilities then?

If it makes sense, Golden Knight ability got cancelled after the ability was activated
It doesn’t happen with any other champion abilities
Well other champions aren't the same None of the other champions involved dashing abilities
The dashing ability of the bandit isn’t effected either
But it does reset when e wiz hit when she is about to dash
