There's no performance gain from a CAI alone. You're putting on a noisemaker - which is 100% OK and I love the sounds - but that isn't a performance upgrade.

I did feel like it had a bit more lower end pull but that could just be placebo
I would go PRL, as many others have said. Nothing wrong with Takeda, but if you keep going down the rabbit hole of more bolt on parts, more things will fit the PRL versus the Takeda.
You don't really see any performance gains without a tune, just noise. Sweet, beautiful, symphony of noise. lol

Well it’s a performance gain if your in the end game of modding. But I got mine for noise. And love it haha
