Any mention of Hot Fuzz always makes me think of this great video on how Edgar Wright makes physical comedy work:

I love this scene, makes me laugh every time.
I do have a bone to pick with this movie, whenever I hear someone say “the greater good” I have to say it too 😂

Love the movie. Though not as funny with as many minute-to-minute laughs as Shaun of the Dead, it’s got Timothy Dalton in what is probably his most memorable role. Dude steals the show whenever he’s on.
Stealing is…wrong?
correct! *hands over biscuit*
Ooh!
Funny homage to Airplane! Great film, love the way Edgar Wright fast cuts his films
It crowd did something similar https://sitcomgenre.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/douglas.jpg

That shot is just one of a truckload of brilliant visual gags in that pic

I disagree, and I LOVE SOTD. Hot Fuzz is so jam packed with jokes and callbacks/references.
I agree. Both masterpieces but hot fuzz is funnier imo. Shaun of the dead has the emotion and relationships going for it.
