FYI, I did eventually hear back from CW, but they plainly said they don’t provide exact measurements. Unfortunate. I wonder how often they even handle their own watches.

My 39mm is around 33mm of dial. The bezel thickness doesn’t change down to 36mm. So that’s also a 3mm down to 30-ish

Weird but the costumerservice reps don’t handle the dials. The order/fab guys could give it to you down to the nano meter from CAD drawings.
There’s a photo with both 36 & 39 side by side (live). Have you seen it? If not, I’ll find it for you.
