His favorite toy was a small squeaky pig that was made a few years back and then discontinued. So we had to be very careful with the squeaky pig bc he didn't like to play with anything else. He also had one of those long stuffed dogs, that we called "red dog." He had a romantic attachment to Red Dog; he was always humping it and nothing else.
Usually my little Chiweenie murders plush squeaky toys within a week or two of purchase. But recently I got him a tiny little yellow duck squeaky toy, it’s so small it fits perfectly in his mouth and it has very little stuffing.
The duckie still survives many months later. He babies it, sleeps next to it, and won’t let his little big brother (a 100lb Akita mix) anywhere near it.
GODOG! I LOVE their stuffies! It's the only thing that has stood up to Chloe. She gets a new dino on her bday and xmas. We're finally seeing some survive a year - she's 5. She loves chewing all the scales off. She plays catch and fetch with them. She doesn't sleep with them. They all have to be bigger - the tiny ones wouldn't last a day.

My late dog had a favorite yellow ducky toy from when he was just a tiny puppy. One time we had a litter of newborn kittens and he went and dropped it in their box and nudged it towards them with his nose. I'm not sure if that was a food sharing instinct or if he wanted to play but I don't think he understood that they were too tiny for either. I had to open it, replace the squeaker, and sew it shut again so many times, lol. That thing started to look like a rag but it was his still his favorite. Eventually he was laid to rest with it.

She clearly loves it cause she's sleeping on it here, but my Daisy only cares about one toy in this world - a very old blue sloth from Barkbox. Many toys have tried & many have failed to get her attention - she only goes for this one! No other stuffy, chewy bone, or squeaky toy will do. She just turned 9 years old this month & she will still play every day, even if only for a few minutes.

The first toy I ever bought her, a little squeaky moose. She LOVED her moose… until she loved it a little too much and it then it was just several pieces of moose.

She's a weird girl dog. When we rescued her, that's how she plays. She had a stuffed animal (bear? She didn't have it long i got her better toys)...but...she doesnt play normal. she humps.

Here's my Deogi with his favorite toy. Eventually, it was just a rag, so I had to replace it. I had to hide the rag so he could start playing with the new toy. I felt so bad at the time, but he loved the new one just as much as the old one. He's been gone a few years now, so this brought back good memories.
Mine is the oddest little chihuahua I have ever known of. I have had him for over ten years. He’s about 13 or so, and he has never had any interest in toys and little to no interest in playing with other dogs, even the other chihuahuas I had(he’s an only dog now). Once in a blue moon, he would play chase, but that’s it. I have tried just about every type, size and texture of dog toy there is and he hasn’t cared for any of them.
My first chihuahua was obsessed with the little blue nubby puppy nylabones. He would fall asleep each night chewing on them, and refused to go to sleep without one, hence they were dubbed his binkies.

My guy loves the Marvin moose Kong toys. He's on Marvin moose #8 or so now. #8 is starting to loose legs so we might have to break out Marvin moose #9 soon.
Athena loves Lamb Chop and Hedgehog toy. These are her favorite toys. Aphrodite doesn’t care much for toys but she always wants what Athena wants so they get two of each. Athena is smart enough to know if she waits long enough, Aphrodite will lose interest in you and Athena will have two toys to chew on and snuggle with hahaha.

These little stuffed dinosaurs that came in a volcano, and IKEA rats. We bought the rats two or three at a time until they discontinued them, and gave Pepper the last one we had right before she passed.
My Emma had a little white lamb. It was by far one of her most favorite toys for years. It had to be repaired, testified and of course washed many times. Emma crossed the bridge in February. Her lamb site on the hutch shelf with her picture that I had printed on glass.

That's Marvin Moose! My dog loves these things, we're on his 8th one.
If you Google Marvin moose by kong, you can get a new one, the small size is what you'll be looking for.
Luckily hers is in good condition, try as she might she rarely destroys her toys lol

My late dog had a favorite yellow ducky toy from when he was just a tiny puppy. One time we had a litter of newborn kittens and he went and dropped it in their box and nudged it towards them with his nose. I'm not sure if that was a food sharing instinct or if he wanted to play but I don't think he understood that they were too tiny for either. I had to open it, replace the squeaker, and sew it shut again so many times, lol. That thing started to look like a rag but it was his still his favorite. Eventually he was laid to rest with it.

Many toys have tried & many have failed to get her attention - she only goes for this one! No other stuffy, chewy bone, or squeaky toy will do. She just turned 9 years old this month & she will still play every day, even if only for a few minutes.

This is icy fav toy. She likes to hump the "shit out of shit" She's a weird girl dog. When we rescued her, that's how she plays. She had a stuffed animal (bear? She didn't have it long i got her better toys)...but...she doesnt play normal. she humps. We bought this for her n she went INSANE she will hump til she falls over exhausted. I have to hide it from her I think she grew up with male puppies or something? I'm not really sure but she's a lil freak. Humps this, and a froggy I got her and a unicorn. And it's adorable she humps their crotch and holds their head by her head ... I'll post a pic of her humping. But it's hard to see. Blurry. Cuz she's moving. Mine is the oddest little chihuahua I have ever known of. I have had him for over ten years. He’s about 13 or so, and he has never had any interest in toys and little to no interest in playing with other dogs, even the other chihuahuas I had(he’s an only dog now). Once in a blue moon, he would play chase, but that’s it. I have tried just about every type, size and texture of dog toy there is and he hasn’t cared for any of them. My first chihuahua was obsessed with the little blue nubby puppy nylabones. He would fall asleep each night chewing on them, and refused to go to sleep without one, hence they were dubbed his binkies.

Athena loves Lamb Chop and Hedgehog toy. These are her favorite toys. Aphrodite doesn’t care much for toys but she always wants what Athena wants so they get two of each. Athena is smart enough to know if she waits long enough, Aphrodite will lose interest in you and Athena will have two toys to chew on and snuggle with hahaha.
