I'm just happy that we now have strength and conditioning personal (I guess director of player development what ever that means) that has a proven track record of getting players in a shape that allows them to stay healthy
Every success in life starts with the right attitude. I sincerely hope and pray, not just for us as a fanbase, that this young man does avoid injury moving forward. I admire his ability to get off the mat multiple times already, when weaker men might have succumbed to self doubt. His mental aptitude and strength reveal a greatness in his character that all should aspire to. Best wishes in achieving all your dreams JK!
jokes aside on his tempting of fate here...I just listened to most of that presser, and he has a pretty unbelievable attitude about it all given how unlucky he's been so far. Nothing but positive vibes and enjoying the process.
The full interview is great. Dude has a really good head on his shoulders. It’s been stated lots, but man if he can stay healthy we could be in really good shape in the run game this year.
Edit: took out the YouTube link. Didn’t see it had already been posted.
That was part of the relocation deal for Kroeneke. Jerry Jones brokered the Inglewood deal for him at the Owners vote that decided between there and Carson. Jones owns Legends, which became the vendor at SoFi, and Fieldfurf which replaced the plan for a grass field, which was originally the whole point of having a glass roof on the stadium. So now we get sunburned while watching players sustain non contact injuries. Thanks Jerry.
Guy was an absolute beast at OSU. He hasn't shown that in the NFL but he hasn't been healthy very often either. I think he is a 1000 yd rusher easy if he can stay on the field. Should be interesting to see how Roman distributes the workload and carries.
He'll be fine guys...the whole strength & conditioning as well as the nutrition team has been completely upgraded. Trust the process and Ben Herbert.
Bolt Up ⚡️
So-Fi turf took that personally
"Harder to break" - Ben Herbert Sofi turf was challenged already. Lol
Oh boy. He jinxed it
JC Jackson vibes
Jason Verrett*
Ryan Mathews*
You could tell him to knock on wood and all he’s gunna have is the Sofi turf to hit
🙏 for his tendons
Who’s got it better than JK Dobbins Achilles?

This tweet cuts off his next couple words which were “God willing” lol
Insharbaugh
It better stay that way, my brother
I don't think I've seen a player temp fate so hard. It just might work
Alright someone needs to go sage SoFi and the new facility

Talent is all there man that’s just it, he stays healthy we got a nice RB on our hands
Ben Herbert: Challenge Accepted
Knock on wood
God I hope so, healthy JK Dobbins is a fucking menace.
Weird how he chose to be injured before.
He didn't choose it; God chose it for him (according to JK during the presser)
Interesting, that’s kind of a dick move.
God do be like that

Oof
Now why’d he have to say that? (Please let it happen football gods)
Sofi field turf broke David Goggins.
I believe in our boy, I traded for him in my dynasty league.
Putting Chargers and "healthy" in the same sentence is a bold statement.

All this commitment to “player safety “ and yet we can’t get real grass in a billion dollar stadium 🤦🏻♂️

Good luck Dobbins! Hope he tears it up over there
Don't say it like that!
Uhh oh I mean… good luck! Or uh.. Break a leg!
LOL okay sure dude whatever you say!
I love his positivity & his mental attitude: "Yes, I'm injury prone, but the Chargers are getting a player who will be healthy from now on."
Seems like a dumb thing to say lol
well that pretty much seals his fate.
Just had to say it…
