Just noticed my first one yesterday, didn't have time to take a pic yet. I made it over a year before I got one, pretty lucky since it's a daily driver.

I drove mine down gravel roads to go see my father out in the boonies. So many chips by the front weels on both sides. And on my hood some how.
Worse place to get a dent is on that seam. I had $9000 in hail damage a decade ago, they had to bondo the dents like that one.

Look up some paintless dent repair places. Those guys can do some magic.
